Nice product all so good

My dream of owning a home became a reality through the tireless help of my loan officer KRISTINA KOVACS. She is the one who guided me through the entire process from beginning to end. She is the one that said yes to me, and the only one who told me, we can make this happen when the other banks said no. My situation is somewhat complicated. Kristina took me on, and explained to me anything I didn’t quite understand. She made herself available to me with emails and calls, even after work hours. Kristina has a great team working with her. One of them is VICTORIA MAIORINO. She is such a kind person. Her verbal and written communications to me were easily understood. She along with Kristina loves to help people in my situation, they both make a perfect team. I was treated with such dignity and respect by these two ladies. I finally closed on my first home. This was completed in FIVE weeks!! It was such a joyful occasion when the keys to my home were handed to me. If you have any unique situation, especially if it’s an ITIN loan. I was impressed at how friendly and accommodating each representative was and focused on providing or finding the best answer and solution to my concerns or needs. Refreshing. I especially liked I could speak directly to a representative when I preferred to do so.
