Huge hassle
This bank has been nothing but a hassle, they don’t even have an app so I have to have a computer to log on and call them to get so much as my account number. Insane.

The gentleman on the phone was very rude and said I couldn't fund a CD from money from another bank and their bank. Does that even make sense?
Response from QuonticJul 3, 2021
We apologize for the unacceptable behavior of the customer service representative and the misinformation given to you. When you open an account online, you choose the bank account used to fund it. We offer some of the highest CD rates in the nation. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity and open a CD, visit us at www.quontic.com/certificates-of-deposit
