worst service and loan officer lied tru the entire loan process. Would never recommend Quontic to anybody

Not good services.

Quontic was by far the moat-difficult mortgage company I ever worked with. I'm a Chase Private Client for many years. My wife one day asked my why i was "beside myself with anger". I explained to her that Quontic was continuously delaying and not handling my loan by keeping me repeatedly uninformed and/or misinformed. One person from Quontic would tell me one thing while another would tell me something entirely different. Again and again. I finally called Quontic President, and his Personal Executive Assistant finally apologized and definitely took care of me. Never before or since have I had such a miserable experience.

Did not explain all to me about the interest so I could understand

Horrible experience with this company. Mortgage was paid off quickly and they took FOREVER to mark it paid, while having us incur additional interest and then they never recorded the Satisfaction of Mtge until I brought it to their attention a year later. The unprofessionalism and incompetence is unbelievable in this industry. I wouldn’t use them again!

My mortgage was sold to a third party without my knowledge or consent. Quontic was subsequently a nightmare to deal with when I needed to obtain paperwork and change information online.

Very poor Case handling and it took so long to go through

I don’t believe there’s been a single interaction with anyone from Quontic that wasn’t frustrating and every call or effort I made was essentially ignored.
