Email settings difficult to modify
I'm confused by your email system. There's no way to customize what emails you send me. A slightly more transparent emailing system would be very nice. Thanks!

We apologize for this inconvenience. We need to know what our customers want as we strive to provide better products and services. Currently monthly statements for CDs are not available however, you can view your CD balance anytime by logging into your online banking account.

The process for opening a new…
The process for opening a new subaccount for a CD is not as simple as it could be. There is no provision to specify where and how to disburse interest and have to fill a separate form to add a joint owner.

reasonable website, decent interest rate. kind of tricky to navigate from account to other information, though.

The process to set up my account was easy and intuitive. Quontic had resources available to answer my questions and was responsive to my inquiry if I couldn't find the answer online.

Best CD interest rates going
Best CD interest rates going! It took a lot longer than 3 minutes to start an account but a lot of the extra time was making things safer for me. I've a lot of questions and don't know where to ask them but will try the telephone number.

The Quontic has best interest rate that…
The Quontic has best interest rate that I searched. The user interface is different from other banks, I mistakenly opened two CD accounts at the same time and cost me to stop the payments. I called local and (800) service 4 times, I am satisfied with 2 but not with other 2.

I called and was told to wait for an email to allow me to set up my login info for the account. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not heard, so did I misunderstand?

It was easy to set up my 1 year CD…
It was easy to set up my 1 year CD including the ACH Transfer from the bank where I had gathered all of the money from various sources to.
