Quizlet: Digital flashcards and online study toolsReviews of quizlet.com

I have to pay for the learn feature now, I didn't have to buy it before, it's ridiculous to suddenly ask students (emphasis on students, most of us are broke and don't have the money) to pay to study on a platform that was doing completely fine as a free site for years and collecting millions in ad revenue already. This is corporate greed at its worst

Ich hatte echt gute Erfahrungen mit Quizlet, bis jetzt. Ich benutze diese Plattform schon seit 3 Jahren. Und jetzt verlangen die auch noch Geld für's lernen, eine Frechheit!

It used to be good, but now they've locked it's main function (learning the vocab) behind a paywall. Not only that but the price is prohibitively expensive. Would not recommend.

This is honestly so gross. Quizlet used to be a platform that everyone could use. It was genuinely helpful with studying. Now, like everything, they are money-hungry. Ads galore and having to pay for the most basic features???? They should be ashamed of themselves!

I have used quizlet for ages and now they've put learn mode behind a paywall. Ive made all my vocab sets on quizlet and found the learn mode very useful however now it's basically useless. Used to be good now it's bad

I don't know why they would take previously free and useful study tools and make them cost money. If you want to charge for something, create something new and innovative. I am not paying for something that I have already had before for free. This is a student-used app. What student do you think is going to pay TO STUDY? We already have it hard enough. 0/10 do not recommend. Quizlet used to be my lifeline now it's trash. Stick to making added pictures on a quizlet worth money and maybe you'll get some service back.

Quizlet used to be a site where I could easily make my own study sets and study them, which was much more efficient than physical flashcards. It was the best strategy for me to study, and I got through all of high school with a valedictorian gpa, even during COVID, thanks to this site. Now, when I need it most in my higher education, the site has failed me. It locks me out of learn mode. It locks me out of test mode. I am not paying for premium. I need to pay my rent.
