Not "QUIK"
Although they have warehouses in different parts of the country, it is misleading. I ordered toner to be sent to my California address. They shipped from the other side of the country and I had to wait a week to get my product. It was not worth the wait. For just a few more dollars I could have received it quickly from a number of other vendors.

We apologize for the delay that you experienced in receiving your order. We ship from multiple locations. Unfortunately, if an item is not available at the closest location to your shipping address, it will ship from the next available location. The location may be across the country. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at (888) 273-3084. - Terry
