I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the cartridges.You are covered with our 6 month warranty, so you have the option of getting a replacement, or sending the items back to our warehouse for a refund. Please note, compatible products are covered with a 6 month warranty and the OEM products are covered with a 30 day warranty. To help further assist you in this matter, could you please confirm the model number of your machine and the part number off the drum unit and drum box you received (not the packing slip)? I'm very sorry for any delay and inconvenience you have experienced with your order from us! Unfortunately, next day delivery cannot be guaranteed when Ground shipping is selected as the shipping option. Delivery times will vary with Ground shipping depending on what is being ordered and where it will be shipped. We do have a few warehouses across the country, so we try to pick one that is closest to the delivery address. Due to the trouble you experienced with this order, we have refunded the shipping cost on this order and have notated your account so the next time you order, we'll apply 5% off your order of OEM products or 10% off your order of non-oem items.
