I'm giving it an honest 2 stars. They never advertised the keys as being new, but they also didn't advertise them anywhere as being used (you need to deep dive into their FAQ). Anyone looking to buy new keys for a keyboard is expecting that they will be new, not used. The key works for now, but doesn't feel like it will last a long time as these are designed to be installed once, not taken out and put back into keyboards several times.
Edit:
Anyone can go and check their website and see that it's CLEARLY not advertised as used keys anywhere other than their FAQ, unlike their response to this post claims.
I'm removing 1 star just because they mentioned that "it's clearly stated".

We're truly sorry to hear of your experience.
Our parts are genuine OEM replacements and are clearly listed as both new and used (particularly for older or out of production models). We offer a no hassle 30 day return policy if you're unhappy with any parts!
If you're unsure of any details before purchasing, our support team is only a click away to help you!

Expensive Used Low Quality Keys
The keys are very expensive at $10, not even including shipping, for a single replacement key. This company does not make keys, they take the keys off another keyboard of the same model, there is little reason for the keys to be this expensive. Laptops usually have over at least 100 keys so the company is standing to make quite a bit of profit just off the keyboard alone for any laptop .
The main issue is that my replacement key I ordered broke in the exact same way the original key did. It did not even last a week after I ordered it. I contacted customer support and was informed that there was nothing that they could do and they ensured me that all of their products are of the exact same quality and that they took it off a keyboard that was the same model as mine.
Of course the key had the same quality as the original key, it broke, shocking I suppose. Their entire business model is based off selling faulty keyboard keys for the one that has already broke.
They refused to send me a replacement key nor give me a discount on ordering a replacement key for the replacement key.
They did at least offer me a discount if I ordered an order for over $15. They were basically telling me I should order two keys this time in case another one broke, truly shameless.
Update: Do notice how their website is called QUIK fix laptop keys. I didn't notice at first. I found this company's "website" via a misleading banner. This is obviously a red flag. This company is not QUICK FIX LAPTOP KEYS. There is a real QuickFixLaptopKeys.com domain, and this is not them. Apparently that company is already aware that this website exists and they have changed their URLs to Laptop-Keys.com to avoid confusion.
The quality of this "company" reflects their domain name. A cheap quality knockoff.
Update 2 Response from "Company:
Look at this passive aggresive response from a "company" trying to tell me to fact check. I know full well that QuickFixLaptopKeys.com is not your company and redirects to another company that is now named Laptop-Keys.com. Your website is still a broken English knockoff is missing one letter.
I'm also aware you did not make these keys. $10 for a piece of plastic is not competitive, reasonable, nor the same price as your competitors as you claim. The whole clause makes zero sense, why would anyone order from your website if they had found the key cheaper else where? "Hey, I really wanna buy the key you have for sale here, but it costs more than what X is selling it for, can you lower the price so I can buy it here instead?"
Yeah, you can say your company offers that. No one in their right mind would contact customer support with that.I also don't expect based off my previous experiences you'll even reimburse me for your over priced keys. So that's just a pointless blanket statement.
Speaking of stances your company allegedly takes. Your website claims this statement: "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We stand behind our products and service and guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can easily return or exchange your item, no questions asked! "
Which is obviously a lie.
Perhaps you should work on your PR. Passive aggressive responses, even public ones, anti-consumer practices and a misleading URL name compared to competitors. None of these are particularity a good look for your company.
Also do note how this is the first review on Trust Pilot for your company in 5+ years. I see you have 4 "reviews", all positive, on your website. The reviews do not come from a third party website. Furthermore, I was not able to submit a review about my order. Since your company's website manually adds reviews I would like to showcase my 1 star review on your website as follows:
"1 Star
Key was more expensive than competitors. The key was used and broke within a few days. I was not offered a refund or a replacement.

Here's the company they are trying to mimic, with actual reviews and the URL they wanted to copy:

Keep telling yourselves you're not a knockoff. Have a great day.

Thank you for providing your review, but please check your facts before posting erroneous information. Search up QuikFix Laptop Keys and you'll come across our socials and website registered correctly as stated. Pulling up QuickFix Laptop Keys will redirect you to an alternate company operating under a completely different name. Not sure how a "knockoff" could be so well established.
While we're sorry to hear of your experience, it does sound like you've broken your items under normal use/ poor installation/ underlying issues with your model, which are beyond our control and may require professional repair. All item pricing is based on current market value. A $10 part to repair a $1000+ laptop seems reasonable enough, not to mention we do offer price matching to any competitor.
We appreciate your review! Have a great day.
