We received tent 2 weeks ago and have used it 3 times. Has done a good job. Was in high wind this weekend and we weighted down with weights. The only thing i would change is the velcro straps, we have ripped out 3 already, they need to come up with a better solution to fasten to tent

I ordered an 8x8 foot tent which arrived quickly. But the assembly instructions aren't easy to understand, and the carrying case isn't well- constructed. The zipper consistently splits, and one of the straps' seams ripped when I lifted it. The tent requires two people to raise it, not one as described. After emailing customer service, I promptly received a new carrying case at no charge. Let's hope this one lasts a bit longer!

I was a little nervous at first because the price was so reasonable!! When I got the canopy I realized it was a different color than ordered but that was ok! Set up was a little tough, but it was our first time and now it seems much easier. We had to use extra stakes to keep it on the ground since it was extra windy out. The Velcro kept snapping off of the poles so the walls wouldn't stay down but then again it was pretty windy. Otherwise the canopy worked perfectly and I'm happy with my purchase! It was worth the money and it even came with sidewalls!!

I ordered a replacement cover for a portable greenhouse. It was easy to order and arrived fairly quick.

Put the tent up just a few days ago. It's easy to setup and works as advertised. I am a bit disappointed on the quality of the velcro attached to the top and walls of the canopy. I really feel the quality of the product is in the stitching, which isn't very good...

This product I had researched on multiple sites. This all though I have not had time to place. It appears to be everything as advertised.

I think the service was great but it took a while for a reply to my email. The parts I received were exactly what I needed and now my quictent is back to working properly.
