if height is an issue I guess this would probably work out for you. purchased for a retirement gift took 3 days for a simple email confirmation with tracking information. I had to contact them to request the information. the tent was a breeze to help put up I just cannot believe there are no roof supports or cross bracing...good luck figuring out how to hang equipment in a 3 foot by 3 foot square..with no bars .one will definitely have to be creative..no equipment pouch, roof supports, and pinholes (hundreds) along the tents seams and especially the door flaps when closed. there are no exterior zipper flaps to hide light leaks just a thin flap that is supposed to hide light escaping from the inside which is useless considering holes are all over every seam...be weary

I bought a canopy 10x20 tent over a year ago. I literally used it two times, and the metal frame snapped in two areas. The company's customer service is horrible to include their product that I purchased. You can't contact this company by phone only through online support. It it oblivious that their online support is not from the United States. Buyer's beware with this company. Since the product is just out of warranty, then they will do nothing about it. What a big waste of money.

My biggest problem with Quictent was PayPal which is their only way of purchase. I have always used Amex or VISA WHICH WOULD HAVE MADE PURCHASE MUCH MORE SIMPLY. SETTING UP PayPal was another issue which took more time which caused me to lose out on a $50 off regular price. They offered me 10% the regular price but offered no way to consumate the on line sale. Another issue was communication by email and Facebook a 24hour delay or more which was the cause of my losing out on the sale price. I bought the tent anyway because I couldn't find one like it anywhere else. Because of all these problems we had to use our current cover . The Quictent arrived but we were hit with an early freeze. It may be next year before we get to use our new Greenhouse tent. If they would accepted my AMEX card all this would not have happened and I would be happy.

I purchased one of their pop-up tents off of Amazon in November 2013 as a Christmas present. After just a couple of uses, one of the screws that held the frame together had come out, and when I called to get a replacement screw they stated that they could not supply any replacement parts, but would be willing to sell me a new frame. When I questioned why they simply couldn't just send me a screw, they stated that would mean that they would have to remove one from a frame in their inventory, which would make it then unsellable...my question back to them, was "don't you guys make these frames and assemble them, so can't you just send me a screw out of the ones that you use for assembly and which hasn't been used to make a frame????" They still insisted they could not send me a replacement screw, and that I should just go out and find something at the hardware store that would work. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON"T BUY THIS CHEAPLY MADE TENT THAT THEY WON"T STAND BEHIND OR PROVIDE PARTS FOR WHEN NEEDED.

I set up tent the night before to set up my son 1st birthday because I had more than 100 people coming. I followed directions of tent ok great everything looks good. Wake up tent totally messed up. Sent text to company guess what they tell me that I violated the warranty because the tent was left unattended . The instructions didn't say I needed to hire security to watch the tent when I walk away. The security is needed because tent is weak they need to hold it up . I made a complaint to pay pal I just was asking to replace metal shed piece the company said passed thirty days and I would have to pay for metal shed at cost really are you kidding why would I want to pay again for something that didn't hold up. And paypal stinks after 30 days no refund. So no I would not buy from this company again and telling all my friends don't buy from this company.......

We purchased this canopy tent for an insect-proof outdoor shelter. It was a complete waste of money. The metal tubes that are used for the structural members are way too thin. The nylon guy lines come with no tensioners and are too few to provide torsional support. Insects flew in through large gaps at the poles and at least 4" between the netting and the ground. The instructions were poor. After much trial and error I realized that the roof could be used as a template to accurately locate the nylon pole supports - information missing from the instructions. We had some 10 mph winds that bent tubes and made the canopy unusable. A poorly designed, unstable and useless product.
