This has got to be a joke. I gave my experience 1 star because I couldn't go any lower. After selecting a greenhouse i liked, at a favorable price, completing the purchase and getting an order number, I anxiously awaited putting up the greenhouse. The next day I received an email from Quictent apologizing for not being able to ship to Alaska because of a problem with UPS. The order was canceled and the purchase price refunded (although, it was still on our last VISA statement). We have UPS where I live: also USPS, FedEx, flush toilets... and we do not live in igloos. We are one of the United States, on the same continent as the other 48.

Non-communication, No straight answers
I "won" a giveaway contest from this company's Facebook page for Halloween 2017. Nearly 3 months later I still have not received the prize ($50 cash) that was promised.
I have been messaging the company and posting on their Facebook page for more than 8 weeks now, trying to determine if the prize money was sent via PayPal or snail mail. The only answer I have received was "Wait a FEW days."
I am honestly upset because I had hoped to use the money for the Christmas holiday, but it never arrived.
I understand that technically I am not a customer, in that I didn't purchase anything from them, but this experience has insured that I will not consider purchasing from them in the future.

The garage port that flew away.. what a joke
I bought a ten / twenty car port from quictent.. one night set up. That cock sucker took off like a kit .. bent all the scissor supports and folded up like a snot rag.. very poor. Bad product. Wast of money.

It's not waterproof
The purchase went smooth. However the product is hyped up to be this great waterproof canopy. There were holes in the stitching so the claim of waterproof went right out of the window. Then, The first small rain we had two days after I assembled it. the roof filled with water along the edge and destroyed the entire canopy. Needless to say, it is a $150 dollar hunk of junk now.

I only gave it one so I can write the …
I only gave it one so I can write the review. This was the biggest waste of money I have spent in a long time. The tent did not stay up until I screwed it together. I had to add rope to the hold downs , the string they sent was not strong enough to hold bird. We had a rain storm come through and it can down in less than two minuets. The winds were less that 20 mph and this thing twisted in to a maze and on the ground it was distorted so bad it had to be throne out. I had one i bought 15 years ago and tried to replace it as the tarp was to old.The new one was made so bade and cheep I almost sent it back ,I wish I did.

The worst experience with a internet purchase I have ever had!
I placed an order for the Quictent pyramid popup tent in white for my sons wedding. The item that arrived was GREEN. I immediately emailed the customer service and they apologized and promised to send me the correct item. 7 days later I got another email from customer service asking if I ordered Silver. I responded no, I had ordered white and Again sent a copy of my order. This morning (another 5 days has gone by) they emailed to say that they White is out of stock. I am in a panic because I need to find another tent for the wedding. This is unacceptable. I also feel it is strange that the company responding is called MAX Lead USA the company that got the payment was Barley Grains LLC. Does Quictent even really exist as a company?

AVOID QUICTENT! ZERO Customer Service!
Spend $50 more and get a canopy elsewhere.
I purchased an 8' x 8' canopy and have vended for years. I've never seen anything like what happened to mine. First allow me to say that there were already some minor tears in the fabric immediately upon receipt of the canopy when I ordered it late last season. They were located where the stitching is or where the pressure points are, but nothing should come with pre-tears in it.
I've used this canopy five times I think, once this season, and it's now worthless. I set it up at a market and an odd gust blew in one of the sides breaking two of the struts where the screw-set is. The canopy itself was weighted down and others commented that it was odd that this would happen. I take fantastic care of my equipment as well.
So OK, fine, broken struts, no big deal, right? Regardless of the bizarre circumstances under which this occurred, just order a couple of new ones, right?
Good luck with that. Try finding a customer service link. I bought this one on e-bay and the seller didn't even get back to my polite note asking about replacement parts. I did that after sending a note via Quictent's website with a statement saying that they'd get back within 24 hours. Well, it's been two weeks and still nothing.
I saved a few bucks on this canopy but would have gladly paid notably more for one that A, did not already have abrasion holes in it upon arrival, but more importantly, one from a company that has zero customer service, no phone number (that I could find), and one whereby you're Siht-out-of-Luck if you need anything from them.
Never again. Caveat Emptor!
If I could give zero stars I would for the non-existent customer service.

Very poor quality. Not at all what the description says online.
We were very disappointed in the quality of this tent. The bars are not sturdy. Not a good structure. We would not recommend this tent. We got one day use and it's ready for the trash.
