Not all the poles are press button lock, only the perimeter is, all other cross bars are insert & twist

The directions for setup were really rather horrible and extremely difficult to understand. But, we persevered and did manage to get it up. I think it would improve your sales considerably if the instructions were written by someone who spoke English and who had really erected one of the tent frames.

company responded to my inquiry right away. the canopy went up pretty easy, the directions for adding the mosquito screening could have been a little better. but overall I'm satisfied

Tent poles are thin and deform shape easily, but they are also easy to get back to being round to slide together. A little thicker tubing and these tents would be awesome. I got the 10 X 30 and it was relatively easy to setup and it was perfect for what I wanted and needed. I am glad I went to the bigger size, it made everything fit easily and comfortably.

This is my second Quictent purchase in 6 years. I vend at markets [several a week] and the Quictent pop-up is erected and collapsed multiple times in a month. I was so pleased with my initial purchase that when I wanted to replace my pop-up it made sense to come straight back to Quictent. I received my new pop-up within a week, however the frame was not good, terribly flimsy and I was unable to collapse it by myself. I contacted Quictent and within 24 hours they had shipped a new one to me at no extra cost. The new frame is a different design and a lot sturdier than the initial purchase. Their customer service is first rate and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I got the red canopy with the screen windows and it is fabulous. It's waterproof and shades on the hot days, very light and looks great. Gets a lot of attention.

Fast and easy shipping. Product seems to be as stated but I have only had it a couple of days. I had a little trouble understanding the instruction as they were a little sketchy. Had to go on the internet to watch a video of a similar product being set up before I could understand how to do it myself. the instruction were in broken English and confusing.

Had to order a frame for existing 10x10 pop-up. Price was right. Unfortunately, the frame by itself was not listed on the website like it had in the past nor was a phone number to contact them directly. Advised company that I needed it ASAP via email. They were very helpful and got the frame to me before I had to leave town although I have not set it up yet. "Green" was very courteous and helpful. I will follow up once I get the frame erected. It's a great tent just some minor defects. One of the 8" vent strings was stitched inside the tent, one connector was missing a whole to snap together, and the zipper occasionally gets hard to zip together but after constant using its smoother, I bought two it's a nice quality tent for the price and my plants love it.
