I purchased a greenhouse last year. Loved the price and the unit. Unfortunately due to several problems the cover became damaged. I contacted the company and their response was extremely timely and attentive. I was able to purchase a replacement cover for an excellent price. I had the replacement in about 3 days and installed it immediately. It is doing it's job and I am thrilled. Husband actually thought about buying another unit in the future!!!

Ordered a 10x10 canopy tent. Received the order quickly and as ordered. The product was exactly as described and easy to set up. I ordered this one because the size of the tent in the bag was smaller than my old one and will fit into the trunk better. I am very satisfied with my order.

I've had a very positive experience with Quictent my tent is top notch and when i needed extra parts i just email and dean gets right back with me and gets me what i need great job and great products guys ill be ordering my greenhouse soon

I purchased the walk-in greenhouse and we had a rouge storm that came in quickly and the cover was not on as well as it should have been. Anyhow I contacted customer service to see if they sold replacements, I was already looking online to see what I could find. Customer service quickly responded to my email, shipped the item within 24 hours and a happy resolution was had. Thank you.

All I needed was a simple tent and found one better than I was looking for on Quictent. It's lightweight, easy to set up, and it all fits conveniently into a rolling travel bag that it came in. Most of all the tent looked great when set up, exactly how it looked in the pictures and for great price. Thumbs up Quictent
