Quictent USReviews of quictents.com

Hello, I received my 48X48X 78 grow tent last week and couldn't be any more satisfied. What an OUTSTANDING value and quality along with a great price point. I must admit that I was a little nervous about the quality expected given the price versus ALL the other manufactures. Turns out that worry was for nothing once I started putting it together. Quictent, thank you for such a great product, Kevin

We were looking g for a party tent big enough for our event, everywhere we called and went to said that it would take 2 to 3 wks to deliver. Luckily I found this site, had a few doubts and questions but there was a representative that answered my questions at 12 o'clock A. M. I placed my order on Tuesday and received my tent on Thursday morning with no extra charge.. so excited and relieved.. I was nervous we wouldn't get the tent before the weekend of. Thank you for all your help and for having a live person to answer our calls.

recently bought two 10x10s for concessions. exactly what I was looking for, quick and free delivery!

I like the quality of the product. I did now ever expect the color to be lighter then the one that was sent.

It has been awhile since I could give a 5 star rating but Mr. Teng went out of his way to make certain everything went smooth and was extremely knowledgable with the product line. I would recommened quictents to everyone I know. Thank you Quictents and THANK YOU Mr. Teng

I looked at the portable canopies readily available online before getting the 10 x 10 from Qiuctent. There were a number of cheaper ones, and certainly more expensive ones. This seems to fit my needs, and I expect it will be as durable as I will need for occasional use. My wife and I had it up in about 10 minutes. Overall the quality of materials is good for this price range. The directions warn against leaving it up in bad weather, but we have had some strong winds and very hard rain and I have not seen any sign of moisture inside (we have the model with four sides). We took care to anchor it well, and that certainly helps. I simply screwed the legs to two 10 foot long pieces of lumber and set weight on those. I would have liked this better in white, but that isn't available in this model. It can heat up quickly inside in the sun if the zippered ends are closed. But all in all, a fair deal. Also, the English instructions are a riot. I'm not sure why a better translation isn't used. Still, it gets the job done.

I was concerned about getting replacement parts for my Quictents product. However, Dean made the ordering process very easy. I highly recommend purchasing products from this company because the after-the-sale service is outstanding.

I needed a replacement canopy and your customer service was very helpful
