great product, price, delivery and support!!!

Had a small issue with my order but the customer service helped me out and jad everything sorted out in days!

I purchased a Quictent 10 X 15 pop up canopy a couple of years ago. I have used it many times to repair my car under the canopy as I do not have a garage. The canopy is easy to set up and take down. I recently broke one of the legs during a pretty bad wind storm. I contacted Quictent and the quickly got replacement parts to me! THANK YOU QUICTENT!!!

I am a crafter and purchased this for booth setup: it was the exact size I needed. However. It is so great I can see now that my kids will be begging to borrow it for camping due to the awesome screen walls!! Very important for a craft booth to have STRAIGHT LEGS on tent. This fit the bill and they are very strong: hung items from bars with absolutely no bending, etc. We are 2women for setting up and it took about 5 minutes: would take a little longer for 1 but would still be easily accomplished. I would recommend this item with complete confidence!!!

Very good with every thing

The frame f our new 10 x 15 privacy tent was damaged in a storm. When I contacted the company, they shipped replacement parts free of charge. Love the product. Ordering was easy and they have great customer service. Also purchased a 8 x 8 screen room and love it. Tommie Regian

I needed a replacement panel for a party tent I borrowed from a friend for my wedding (one of my guests fell into the "window" and broke it). The company was very quick to respond and the price for the panel was very reasonable! VERY SATISFIED!
