Great customer service. I needed a new top and sides for my tent . They were very helpful getting the parts to me and the replacement cost was more than fair. It's been a pretty good tent. Nothing can withstand the Arizona sun for too long so it has nothing to do with the quality just the extreme elements here.

The quality of the tent I bought was superb for the price! The tent keep us dry from a tremendous amount of rain! The service I got was amazing when ordering a replacement top cover after I accidentally ripped the first one. Communication was friendly and responded quickly. If you want your tent to withstand a downpour, make sure you get the heavy duty one if it is still available. Oh BTW....the tent I got was the Decagonal Heavy Duty Tent.

This is a customer friendly company. I used my new Quictent on a camping trip. It rained a lot while we were on this trip. When I got home I had to set the tent back up to clean it and dry it out. I had removed the walls and was in the process of folding them. As I was doing this the wind picked up one corner of the tent and lifted. This put all the weight on one corner of the tent and kinked the leg with all the weight on it. I tried to fix the leg but it was not right. I contacted the company to see if I could buy a replacement. I sent an email to the company. Within a day I was contacted by a representative to verify my shipping address. I was sent a replacement leg no charge. That is a customer friendly company. Thank You Quictent US. Ray
