Very helpful CS, they helpe when I needed them the most, had issues eith some parts and they were send right away.

We recently purchased a 10x10 Quictent with removable panels and a carrying case included and LOVE it! In fact we liked it so much we purchased a second. But the story doesn't end there. During its first use, we lost the carrying case to our Quictent. When I inquired online as to where to purchase a replacement, one was sent to us for free within a week's time. Wow! Now that's customer service. Looking forward to many more uses.

I purchased a canopy from quick tent almost 2 1/2 years ago. We used it several times and it's been through rain and high winds. We anchored it down pretty good so we experienced no problems. In fact, we first put it up in March and didn't take it down until October!! Anchoring the tent properly is definitely the key. This year we put it up in the summer for an event but unfortunately did not anchor it bc we were in a hurry; a sudden storm came along and it collapsed, breaking some poles and plastic parts. I contacted Quictent's customer service to see how we could get replacement poles & parts and what the cost would be. Unbelievably we were told that the parts would be sent quickly and get this.....at no cost to us!! I honestly have never dealt with such a great customer service dept. such as Quictent!! The gentleman (Green) that helped us was not only knowledgeable & helpful, but so pleasant to deal with...I am still amazed at the excellent service we received! I have told all my friends & family about this company & I know they'll receive a lot of business in the future! Thank you Quictent!! You are our new go-to for canopy/tent needs! Love you guys!

Although I have not set up the party tent I have inspected all components and can tell you Quictent US has a great product, sturdy construction and superb customer service. I have a unique purpose for this 30' x 10' party tent, it will provide shelter for a sailboat I'm currently renovating and need to keep it in the dry. To do this I needed to customize the tent somewhat by raising it up approximately 6' to allow enough room so I could walk around on top of the boat while working on the deck. After contacting Quictent US and describing my situation I received an email from Green (representative of Quictent US) and we worked out a solution. Quictent US went above and beyond to help me out which is very refreshing these days. Highly recommend this company.

Shipped quickly. Good price. Nice product. Looked great in front of our house for special event.

The tent arrived on time, and is exactly as described and pictured. It is the same about of ease/difficultly level putting up any "pop-up tent". It's easiest with 4 people, one on each corner. Worked great, held up through heavy rain, winds and brutal sunshine.
