Really great customer service
Really great customer service! They were super responsive and got us the broken parts we needed in a timely manner for our tent. Certainly made us trust the brand more!

Purchased a quictent 8’x 8’ canopy…
Purchased a quictent 8’x 8’ canopy through a reseller, after some time needed a new roof but unable to source one anywhere. After contacting Quictent, they went above and beyond to get me a replacement and I hadn’t it delivered installed and I cannot be happier. I was dreading having to replace the whole tent but very pleased with the outcome. A very happy customer

Very happy with this shelter
Very happy with this shelter. It fits my Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic with room to spare. Seems to be of very good quality. I have to slide mine on cement so I have to put something under it. I’m going to cut pvc pipe in half and attach to the bottom poles so that the cement does not tear the material wrapped around the poles. But I’m very satisfied with this shelter. Thanks Much for a good product.

Great service
I was very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service I got from “Quictent”. I contacted them via email and it did take about 2 days to get my situation worked up. I am super happy!
I am super happy with my tent. It's a great value, looks nice when I set it up at farmers markets, and it has held up well to the occasional rainstorm and windy day (with weights on the corners, of course). I contacted Quictent because my carry bag was ripped, and they sent me a replacement bag for free. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service provided by Green, who checked on me and made sure I was happy. Thanks Green, and the rest of Quictent!!
