We purchased five garages for a summer camp. After six weeks of use, the bungees frayed and broke during a storm. Green was wonderful - he mailed five new sets of cords very quickly.

I purchased a 10x30 party tent. The tent worked great for my parties. I did have one problem with a couple of poles, but Green in customer service was great and sent replacement poles

I bought a tent with screen on all 4 sides. After a few weeks of it being up, a rain storm came through and the frame broke. I immediately contacted Quictent via email requesting a resolution. Within a day I had a response from customer service and withinn a week I had a new frame in my house, without any cost to me. The customer service rep, Green, was very professional and helpful. Because of the customer service expierence I would definitely recommend Quictent to anyone that is looking to purchase a tent.

We are on our 2nd year with Quictent. Our first canopy lasted the summer last year although the tie down strings & roof dry rotted. As we were taking it down, the material basically shredded it was so dry rotted. Customer Service was great & sent a replacement (we took out a 2 year warranty). However after having this canopy up 1 1/2 months, there are gaping holes in the top, where it has rotted, as well as the tie down strings Again customer service was great & promptly sent another top & we are replacing the rotten tie down strings with paracord. Perhaps the company needs to look into alternatives for their materials.Again Customer Service has been awesome in helping correct our problems!

I like the product just poles are easy to bend and the only way I could actually keep it from blowing away was to dig down into the ground about 6 inches and bury it. The plastic holds up really nice so far though. You cant fully close the windows due to not having velcro all the way around which kind of sucks for the cold nights that you try to keep heat in

Received my 10 x 20 quick tent in a timely fashion but was found with the box damaged on the front porch no fault of Quiktent. Was able to get the poles replaced in a timely fashion thank you. Modified the installation process with concrete footers and T Bars to reinforce the poles. I plan to leave it as a permanent fixture have had no strong winds to challenge it yet. I feel it will work fine.

Very pleased with the customer service, as they replaced the cover without additional cost to me. Thank you.

I received my tent with plastic legs. The tent I viewed on line showed and advertised steel legs. Using the email provided with the tent, I contacted customer service. They verified my purchase and promptly sent out four steel legs no cost to me! Very pleasant to deal with. I would feel very comfortable buy any products from them again! They stand behind their products
