We have had our canopy for 3 years and love using it for birthday parties, baby showers, etc. At the last party, we did not stake down the canopy before the wind kicked up and we ended up with our canopy thrown over a fence and broken poles. When we contacted the company about getting replacement poles they were fantastic. We got the broken poles we needed in a timely manner and for free! I highly recommend this company and their products.

I had a popup 10x14 damaged by heavy rains. They sent me a color coded drawing with the parts identified. After selecting the parts and emailing them my list they very promptly shipped the replacements. Very helpful and absolutely no hassle. Very good customer service.

We left the canopy up and during the night a thunderstorm came through when we were away and we had not taken the top off. The canopy itself was unharmed, but the wind took the frame and bent it like a pretzel. I contacted Quicktent customer service. Lydia let me know that storm damage was not covered under warranty and that is why it is important not to let it standing. To my surprise, she then offered to replace it and within days, with the help of Lydia, they sent another frame, no charge. We now know to lower it and take the top off which only takes a matter of like 2 minutes. Thanks Quicktent.

We are very happy with this carport. It was easy to put up if you have a wife who reads the instructions. We use it for our boat. Highly recommend!

Had two broken parts called customer service at Quictent talked to Green and he took care of it. Did a great job , fast and with no problems. Nice to know when you have a problem with parts they are there to help. Thank-You

I want to first state that the customer service we received was above and beyond excellent! We purchased the 8x8 Mesh Pop Tent with groundsheet. The product is very well made and we were satisfied with both the product and the ease to assemble it. We were using the Mesh Pop tent and went for a walk. We didn’t properly secure the tent and while we were out the wind gusted and blew the tent over and down a small hill. One of the legs was bent and would not last very long. I contacted Quicktents via their site and almost immediately received a response. Mr Green asked me for the order number and proceeded to track our purchase. Now for the best part! I had asked for a replacement leg to be shipped and I told him from the beginning that I was expecting to pay for the leg and shipping. I mentioned that I would actually like to buy two (2) legs just in case. Mr. Green asked me if it would be okay if they shipped me the two legs free of charge and free shipping. Hence, this is why I said that the customer service was above and beyond. I highly recommend this company. A satisfied customer.

I have been so grateful and blessed with my pop up. When I received it there was an issue quickly resolved. Then this spring we were using it for shade while building hives. Had a fluke storm come through. I was thrilled to see how well it held up, even though it was flipped upside down. There was some frame damage. I contacted the company about the lifetime warranty. They sent me all the parts needed to get my pop up functional. Amazing product and service!
