Got the Queen Bed frame. I am a female, put it together myself and very easy with a 10mm socket/ Ratchet and with an Allen Wrench! This item is well made, sturdy and no squeaks “wahooo!” The customer service, responses were above and beyond. You guys rock!!! Thank you ;)

We have a 10x30 canopy from quictent. We lost a piece for it so i contacted customer service to purchase a replacement. I mentioned we had a party coming up in a few days so i needed the item asap. They sent me a replacement with 2nd shipping for free. Talk about customer service. Really appreciate the deed and quick response.

We recently purchased a Quictent shelter and set it up for storage but,50 mi.an hour gusts proved to be too much for the rope anchors. We required replacement parts for this shelter and we received prompt and courteous service form these folks in providing us with the parts necessary to restore our shelter.The parts arrived w/o any delay and all in good shape! I have had nothing but great service with this company . They always answer my messages so quick and have all the answers to my questions . They have lots of great products to try also . I would highly recommend trying this company out !

We had a few hiccups when we first ordered - the tent had several thin spots/ holes around the Velcro strips on the roof. We emailed about our concern and received a new tent top after sending in pictures. However, the replacement tent was too big and did not fit our frame. After another e-mail to "Greene" the correct tent was overnight-ed to us and thankfully arrived a few days before our first crafts market. The tent itself is great. Supported by weights it withstood strong winds and kept our goods dry when it rained. Side walls fit snug. The Velcro straps work, however, if they each were a 1/2 inch longer and a few more straps added to the side walls (which would help with the wind), it would make things a lot easier and more secure. The straps are a little on the short side and we had to add duct tape on the walls to keep the wind out. A few Velcro straps even came off on the second day. Overall good quality. I would have given it a 4 star due to the Velcro problem but because of their outstanding customer service by Greene I am giving this company a five star! They were bending over backwards to make things right for us. Thanks!
