Quictent USReviews of quictents.com

This company is the best. Unbelievably great customer service. Do not hesitate to purchase their products. I just wanted to see if I could buy a replacement roof for a product I bought a few years ago. I didn't have to. "Green" told me they would send me a new one at no cost! Not even shipping! I almost fell out of my chair! I received it in a couple of days. "Green" even emailed me to make sure I got it on the day promised. I did. Thank you again Green and Quictent US! Mac, Silverton, Oregon. PS; Green deserves a raise!

HAD WARRANTY ISSUES CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE.GREEN SENT THE PARTS AND WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH MY ISSUES.WOULD RECOMMEND QUICTENTS TO MY FRIENDS.

I have two of these 10X20 carports. A few months ago a hurricane went through the area and a couple of tree limbs fell on top of one. I have the units staked to into the ground and they never moved with the high winds. I sent the customer service department an email which was replied to within 24 hours. Over the next 24 hours I received a couple of more emails from them to get all the needed model numbers and part numbers I needed. Parts and shipping were FREE!!! You don't find many companies that will stand behind their products in this way. I would buy another and would recommend to a friend.

Bought a Quictent screened gazebo last summer for use on our porch as a mosquito free zone for meals. It worked perfectly. Unfortunately in the unusually high winds last fall it blew over and bent one of the main supporting legs. After contacting Quictent and verifying my purchase they promptly sent me a new leg assembly at no cost. Can't get better customer service than that!

Bought the 10 x 20 greenhouse. Went up easy. Windstorm took our cover, looking to re-order when in stock. Great product

Item was a bit more flimsy that I'd thought, but tents are to be lightweight. Once you learn how to use it, it was fine. Had some damaged poles and Green from customer service was outstanding, following up and getting me exactly what I needed to make the product perfect. Customer service was unexpectedly great if you have a problem. That's hard to find and is why I gave 5 stars. He understood the problem, was clear about what I had to do, shipped fast and followed up to be sure all was well.

Product is great quality very durable and exactly as stated. However the instructions are very vague and does not show exactly what is given. Still a great product regardless.

I bought our Quictent all weather canopy last November. We have used about a dozen times since then and have been pleased with the product. This past weekend we were hit with an unexpected wind that ended up breaking two of the cross members. I contacted Quictent customer service and the only question they asked was "Which parts do you need?". They shipped them the next day and they arrived before the end of the week. Our canopy is back in business! Thanks Quinctent!
