My tent arrived in not so perfect condition. After contacting the company, sending a few pictures, they move very quickly to correct the issue.

Excellent Customer Service! A part was missing in the original shipment. I contacted customer service via email and a replacement part was sent immediately. Great communication throughout. Part arrived when promised.

The customer service I received was awesome. They went above and beyond, resolving my post issue with my carport. I highly recommend Quictent.

Our parish garden committee purchased a Quictent 2 door greenhouse in late April 2019. The greenhouse was to be used for growing and storing potted plants for our annual parish summer festival plant booth. We were very happy with the design and quality of the greenhouse. The greenhouse was erected in early May and filled with over 350 potted plants. Unfortunately, our region experienced some significant weather changes and on a very windy day our greenhouse was toppled over and destroyed with our plants being scattered in and out of the destroyed greenhouse. In the haste to salvage the plants, our volunteers needed to remove, re pot and move the salvaged plants to a protected area so no photo of the damage was taken. As we are a group of volunteers and receive no financial assistance from the parish for plantings or any other needed items, the cost to replace the greenhouse on our own would be impossible. I called Brandline customer service through email and explained what happened and to inquire if the greenhouse could be replaced or our cost reimbursed. A reply came within 24 hours from a customer service representative asking if we could provide any pictures of the damage. When I replied that we couldn’t provide any photo proof the customer service representative did contact the sales staff and later informed me that we would be receiving a new greenhouse which arrived two days ago. We are so thankful to customer service representative Green and the understanding Quictent staff. We will be utilizing our new greenhouse not only for this year’s parish summer festival and hopefully for years to come. Thank you!

The first time I used the tent a large gust of wind ripped the velcro ties off the end wall. Customer service via email is excellent and sent us out a new end wall. We will then modify the wall to have grommets and elastic tie downs like the other walls. Quictent also provided the extra tie downs at no cost. You can not call customer service, but their email customer service is excellent.

I needed some replacement pipes because mine were damaged in a storm.. I will say it was difficult at first contacting support.. Everything is email or Twitter.. Could not just call someone.. When I did get an email response... The rep green, was great.. Sent me a parts document making sure what I needed exactly.. And had parts shipped very quickly.. Overall great experience...

Outstanding Costumer Service, I purchased a 10x20 canopy tent with sides because it was on sale but never opened the box for a year to a year and a half. When I opened the box to my surprise it was missing a couple of pieces so needless to say I had no receipt or any proof of purchase of any kind. I explained my problem to a Mr Green and with no hassle no questions I was sent the parts that were missing. The canopy is not of the best construction but it does serve the purpose, it is well marked and easy to put together if you read the instructions first. A special thank you to Mr Green and his no hassle costumer service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone because of the great costumer service also i recommend sending a email instead of calling much faster.
