Quictent USReviews of quictents.com

Great company. The gazebo works great but don't leave it up during long, heavy rain as the water can accumulate on the tent and if it doesn't drain off, can bend or break the bracket. This happened to us but I must say, they stand behind their product - they sent me a new one! I thought I would have to eat that purchase.

I took my Quictent to Snow Mountain Ranch near Granby Colorado and its frame was severely damaged in a microburst that had 50-75 mph winds. I contacted Quictent about repair parts and they sent the parts I requested and I repaired the frame. They were a little slow about sending the parts due to their busy work load and it took about a week to received the parts by FedX. Overall, they were very nice to work with and showed a genuine interest is enabling me to repair the frame.

Defect in material at sites where velcro attached tent to frame; had to reinforce with small patches of tape. Otherwise, love it!

I only want to give 4 stars right now since I only used it once. It went up very easy, taking down also easy. My only concern is the fabric seems thin so I worry on the longevity of use. I typically use only for camping so not many times a year. It did rain on this first use and we only had a small leak where one of the velcro straps at the top. Very pleased with that as it was a very heavy rain.

pretty easy to put together if u do it with 2 people. worked well to start....but living in Los Angeles I didnt have to deal with wind til around 2 months in. first sign of rough wind and all the bungee ties broke off. I hit customer service about it though and they sent new ties quickly so im happy about that. im gonna hold off on attaching them for a few months tho when the weather gets better haha

My daughter bought me the 3*6 ft. small greenhouse for my birthday a year and a half ago. I used it all last winter, but the center fitting broke, and Lan sent me a new one this year free!

Great product but needs strengthen. I had to double bungee tent cover; use nail spikes for leg and cable supports that went into ground; joints that used pop-in connectors I had to strengthen with flex glue tape; finally, I bought heavier cables for the cable supports. All of this was very inexpensive and well worth it. I have yet to experience my first rain & wind event so I hope it holds up. I am worried about the strength of the support legs, they are pretty thin although there are 6 of them. I did run heavy duty support straps between the top of the legs to keep the sway to a minimum The customer service provided by Mr. Green was outstanding. He communicated with me on a regular and timely basis. His suggestions were invaluable and it was a pleasure to work with this organization. If this product holds up to the weather I would recommend it to anyone. This was easy to assemble with simple instructions and came packed very well.

I ordered my first Screenhouse I love the size of it but it was too flimsy. When it rained it broke the frame. They sent me free all new pieces and I put it together but after one use one of the bars rusted out. They sent me a whole new frame free of charge and shipping which is much sturdier. I even wash the canopy and it came out great as it had become soiled in storage. Their customer service is awesome
