I wasn't happy with the canopy because I felt it wouldn't hold up with the way I wanted to use it. I planned on leaving it up. I am full time RV'ER and wanted it as an outdoor room by my motorhome. I needed to return it . After a few emails from customer service I was refunded the entire amount.

Had 10 x 15 Quictent ll, loved it but it was damaged in a strong storm. Just purchased another which came it with some frame damage. Was able to replace parts from frame of previous tent. Comparing 2 frames the newer frame appears to be less sturdy. More care must be given in setting it up so as not to bend frame. However once up it is a beautiful tent. Don't know if they changed suppliers or what, but there is a bit of quality difference.

Tent was easy to put up. It did not take too much wind to tear the velcro on the side of the panels. Posts are a little bit weak. But considering the price we paid, we got what we paid for. Altogether it was ok for our requirements.

The tent is OK. I don't have any others to compare it with but it gets the job done. Three complaints. First would be that the poles are not cut correctly and do not fit together all that well. One of them actually had no holes in it to connect the locking mechanism. Two, it's not very sturdy, the center poles don't fit well and I had to tape it to get it to stay down. Three, the zipper is not going to last. It gets stuck every time you open or close it and this results in the zipper line spreading apart. This in turn results in light peeking in and out of the tent.

We previously purchased these through Amazon but decided to purchase direct because specific items were only available direct from the company. We had issues in the checkout process with both CC and PayPal options. Tried different browsers but could not finalize until about the 7th try submitting the order. Once it was finalized, the shipment information given was very vague. We did receive all of the shades we ordered and everything was like we expected. Other than purchasing and shipping improvements, availability of installation information on the website could be improved (once the shades arrived, the enclosed instructions mention placing mounts an additional 10% farther away than the shade size). That would have been great to know prior to their arrival for installation purposes. We will likely purchase these again as we recognize the value in the product. Would like to see these things remedies for us and other potential buyers.

I ordered a new Greenhouse from this vendor and had excellent delivery and service. However, when I had a damage from wind I had to order new parts and the delays were over three weeks unacceptable in my opinion.

The difficulty was getting a contact number a in order to make a phone offer. Once that was accomplished the order process was great, cost acceptable and shipping quick and easy. The only caveat was that when the package arrived there were scratches on the leg I order plus particles stuck in the velcro. It looked liked a "used" or returned leg. Maybe you ought to inspect your product prio to shipping.

The style of this tent is eye catching. I work a farmers market and it caught my attention. I knew it would be perfect for me so I placed my order. I am excited to try out my tent ! My only concern is the money I paid for this product the workmanship, in my opinion, is questionable. Next to where it was stitched are several slits where it looks as if the material has been pulled to tight while being stitched. Also, there are what appears to be many pin holes in the fabric. Hopefully my tent it will last for more than a few months and I will be a satisfied customer!
