Green was an awesome customer service representative. He helped me to get a piece for the tent that was broke quickly so we could use the tent on vacation.

Green did a great job helping me identify the part on my Quictent that was broken and sent it to me in enough time for our football tailgate party! Great customer service, timely, and friendly.

Quictent US went above and beyond in helping me out, and I totally appreciate it. I had borrowed my friend’s tent for my wedding and accidentally broke one of the leg pieces during the party. I couldn’t return it to my friend broken, so I emailed customer service as a long shot. Luckily they told me that they had the part. And I would have paid for it but they decided to ship me a new leg for free! They shipped it straight to my friends house and took care of both of us, and I couldn’t be happier with them.

The customer service at Quictent US is exceptional! We used our new tent at a hot and humid July family reunion. It was a life saver! The next morning there was damage to the tent. (I blame the porta-potty delivery guy). Because Quictent listed the parts to the tent in their manual it was really easy to order replacement parts and unexpectedly wonderful that they were delivered quickly at no additional charge to us! Customer service like that does just not exist any more. Highly recommend this company!!

Green, from Customer Service, was extremely helpful in tracking down the replacement parts for my party tent. I was so happy to have someone who would help me get the correct parts. They arrived exactly on the day promised. I would recommend Quictent to anyone looking for a great tent.

I have had my carport for 3 years, and in the harsh winter winds, the top cover, walls and a few pipes needed replacing. Green was there and supplied me with everything I needed, at a fair price along with free shipping .....5 stars for the great customer service Thank You so much

I'm very satisfied with the service. Not only it was delivered on a timely manner, it was what I expected. On of the anchor was miss. I sent an email. They replied instantly. I didn't know how to describe the part. I got a picture with all the parts and their numbers. I was able to identify what I needed. I requested a part that have to be on the safe side. They sent me the extra too. Thank you so much. I will let my friends know to order from you.
