Quictent USReviews of quictents.com

Very satisfied with the greenhouse, excellent value and very easy to assemble. I was missing a part and contacted customer service, they immediately replied and promptly sent the new part, excellent service. I would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent customer service, I inquired about an add on product for a previous purchase made and they were more than helpful to help me.

This greenhouse has saved my plants from the winters here in Dallas. I am so thankful for that. Quictent’s customer service is also top notch, thank you to Green for solving our problem. Would recommend this company to everyone. They are the best!

I had an issue with some poles being bent from a blow over during a wind storm. Quictent staff was extreamly helpful in getting me the correct replacement parts very quickly. I could not be happier with the service I received and will be buying more canopies from them in the near future. Excellant product and service.

Totally love our carport which we installed over our dock! It looks so much more expensive and perfect for our boat. We had problems with the first one but Greene in customer service replaced that one and we definitely learned what to do and what not to do due to a windstorm we experienced.

Great price, Great service, Great follow up after the sale! I had a storm which bent some poles and was looking for replacements. The customer service team was right on it, and in a few days I had new, straight poles. Just the way it ought to be, but rarely is. I highly recommend the products and team at Quictent!

I had problems with my 20x40 party tent. I contacted quictents. Mr. Green was an awesome customer service representative. He helped me to get all the pieces for the tent that was broke. Thank you Green for your kindness and your support.

I have a 10x10 tent and had one of the scissor arms break in two, I reached out to Quictent US and had a response next day from Green. Green asked a couple of questions sent me a parts list and diagram and a few days later my new part came in the mail. During this time there were several update emails sent by Green with Mail tracking info and such and a final follow up email to ensure I had received the part. This was an excellent experience from a top notch customer service rep. Thanks again Green for helping me out!
