Quictent USReviews of quictents.com

I have bought two Quictent in last two years. Just got my 10×15. But this time was stupid didn't have none of color we wanted. The one that we still on when we got it was mouldy and mess up finally two weeks later and several email. The sent another one wrong color arrive. I talk about Quictent at every show we do but kind of second guessing my self.

Canopy arrived quickly and was as described. A bit disappointed that the first time I opened the flaps, for screen window, the cord broke. Also, found that if you get caught in the rain, everywhere the Velcro is sewn to canopy top leaks. Overall, it’s a fair product for the price and I might consider buying again.

We love our Quictent in the design and colors and style, however, the fabric on the canopy top is not very durable, and we are already patching it on the inside with duct tape. My old canopy (the frame got destroyed in a windstorm at a festival) had a much more durable canopy top.

All the poles were mislabled. To be fair however, the assembled product is pretty decent. Customer service is reliable within 24 hours on weekdays via email only. I would like a phone option for an immediate response.

No issues with shipping or speed of delivery. Tent was described as “ pop up” giving the illusion set up would be quick. In fact there are numerous poles of various sizes...not terribly difficult but definitely not “pop up” easy!

Light weight material doesn’t hold up frame is heavy duty, spring in center post broke first day out had to push up manually and put on clamp

The pop up tent 10X15 that we purchased has already falling apart at the seams. I have used this tent twice. The wind was a factor on one of the days and our tent was staked and tied down securely. The top of the tent start to come apart at the seams due to the wind. I will not purchase again from Quictents.

Was not "quic" to setup, took around 3 hours, if you connect one side the other side will disconnect, we can to put duct tape because the pieces aren't well built and some tubes were shorter than they should be. The instructions have typos example: a tube thats not even included.. The tubes arent strong too, very light plastic, one of them broke when we were taking it down. It was windy but it did not fall which was good, I guess for the price its good but if you have the budget get something well built. Also the website is very bad, they really need an update.
