The tent is much flimsier that described on your website.

Terrible, terrible. I ordered a car port from these guys. Didn't get all the parts in the first delivery and the parts that I did get didn't have the correct quantity of each part. I asked for 2 more of part C and in response they delivered 1 part A and 1 part B. Now I have three extra part B, one extra part A, 2 short part C, and am missing entirely several other parts. It's a joke with these guys. I'm hoping I can just get my money back.

The 10x15 was delivered promptly. As we were setting it up we noticed the roof material had several holes in it. The holes resembled how an ash burns through fabric. Pretty obvious that this canopy had already been returned once before or was not adequately inspected before being shipped. We sent it back AND got a full refund promptly. Customer service was really good! Our guess is that customer service is THAT good because their products are THAT bad.

Poor Quality of product. Purchased 2-10x10 canopies and 1-10x20 canopy. Some of the frame tubing was splitting before set up. A little wind and the tubing buckled and ripped. Anchoring the canopies became a problem when the hold-down tabs ripped off - so, nothing to attach the stakes/ropes to.

I am even reluctant to give them 2 stars. My dad bought 2 of the 8x9x10 greenhouses on 2/1/17. One came missing a pole. They were quick to re-send the part, however, it was a different size and wouldn't work. Apparently they had changed the size on the upgraded style or something. And after this happening twice, it was also apparent they couldn't get the part any longer. I went back and forth in emails with the same lady named "Cherry" and at one point they offered 15$ and for us to resolve this locally (which we couldn't). After my next email they offered 25$, that was it. I did reply, and never heard back from them. My dad spent over 100$ for each tent. I think they should have refunded him for the tent with the missing pole, it is BS. What kind of company does business like this? I see on other reviews they did get refunded, but we couldn't? I don't recommend this companies products to anyone. They seem all too content in taking an 81 year old mans money and not making their mistake right! They will never get business from anyone we know ever again!

It took three weeks to get the parts that I ordered due to that lag time it took to communicate through Facebook, which took upwards of 72 hours at times. A simple phone call and I would have had my parts in 72 hours and my tent fixed in time for my next event. You really need to rethink how you communicate with customers.

i have two 4x4x6.5 quictents I got from a friend and loved them,thought cheap as hell and you can hang from em like gorilla tents. Instant favorite. So I ordered a 4x8x6.5 from eBay it was a quictent II. Box was crap but the tent was mint, dark black with green seeming and green powder coated poles with viewing window double zippers and everything creased neatly as though it came from the factory not eBay it was 183 dollars roughly way cheaper then anything worth buying. So I love this tent, time to buy another so I go right to the website because there were no more 4x8 quictent II's available on eBay or anywhere. I order the exact same tent, this is what I got. A box that was even more destroyed then the last. I could literally see the contents inside the box and could touch them thru the packaging, horrible. The tent is missing the right cross support and the holes on another where drilled on the wrong side along with instructions never claiming it was a quictent but instead a "smart tent". Kinda sketchy that you don't even claim your own product. But if a mentally handicapped person wrote my instructions I wouldn't claim it either. the instructions called for the short top supports to be a D bar. They expect you to just know that there is no D bar just extra A bars that are the same size anyway. Ignorant if you ask me and then the tent wasn't the same much worse quality of material and the zippers were cheap and Chinese. One zipper run was missing a zipper and another had an extra idk if it's a robotic manufacture issue but it's really inconvienent for my use. On top of all of that it was only like 4-5 bucks cheaper then eBay. pretty sad. An eBay user out did your customer service out did your presentation and generally made your company look better then your own company could ever do. I will not be buying quictent from anyone other then a third party vendor because they have better quality control apparently. You need to do a roundup on your company before it goes under or gets bought out from underneath you.
