Yesterday I got hit with 2 customer service representative who didn’t know what they were talking about at all and they were rude and seemed to not care and this is big to me bc I need clarity on my payments and upcoming payments as they were not explained to me. Today I called and was put with another guy and he was 10/10 stars answered all my questions was super helpful and we ended the call on a good note as well as me understanding everything.
