Well when I called the 1800 number it said life saver on the caller id. They were supposed to call me back @11:30 with a pass code. Well the last one the other end told me she had no info with my name . So I called back and they said lifesaver. So I gave my name, and they had all my info that time 🧐🫣🤫 maybe it is training day? Or their trainer took a bathroom break at that moment.

Office hours 9 am to 6 pm office was not open I called cust service they said someone on way took almost an hr ....called back to reschedule girl was not knowledgeable n kept putting me on hold.Then they hung up on me.Finally 3 Rd tech was great rescheduled me n then Luis showed up tech for 23 Rd Ave Jeff did not show up,Luis was very helpful n he Calibrated my machine,you should give Luis a raise or move him up the ladder he's was patient kind n very knowledgeable as 5 other customers were waiting when did not open,he handled all .

The communication between the call centers and the shops where they install/calibrate/remove the device is not very good at all. Can not get a hold of anyone in the morning. Beat price out there though.

Very nice when you get them on the phone or in person, but phone service is INTERMINABLE. Never less than 30 minutes, so scheduling or rescheduling appointments, lockouts, payments, etc. is a HORRIBLE time-consuming because of wait.

The interlock place didn’t put my full name on all the paper work and when I asked them about it I was told it wouldn’t be a problem with MVD... sure enough I get to MVD and they couldn’t accept it because of the name issue. Also the price I was told I would pay I’ve the phone was not the price I was given once the device was already installed. Horrible management!!

Hello, Its not like getting a service or an upgrade added to my car it is a A-DOT Compliance thing! It would not matter if your doing a great job or a Bad job I would still have to pay the same price! I would give you a big pat on the back because it sounds like you need one... ........ But with COVID I cant do that!!!

I am definately having difficulty with my device. I am still struggling to get the device to work for me due to my bells palsy. Pretty much a headache everyday. I have been late to work and missed two days already due to the device. Thanks

There was a lot of confusion about pricing between QuickStart and the actual place that installed the gadget. On the phone with quick start customer service rep helped me to understand a lot. However numbers were different between the two. Also, quick start says to get the gadget recalibrated every 3 months but their 3rd party install partners are saying every month. I will say that every time I called the Quick start they answered and were very nice, knew who I was, and did their best! If quick start and their 3rd party partners were on the same page things would have been smoother with no problems at all.
