The staff at my location was extremely helpful anytime I had a question & anytime I needed to reschedule my appointments customer service line was always helpful. Last experience I had with customer service Georgina (Gina) was extremely helpful! I’m happy that I’m officially done.

quick start installed my device 4/22…
quick start installed my device 4/22 and has yet to update AZ MVD so I can get my license back, called numerous times, worst company ever to work with

The lady that helped me on the phone…
The lady that helped me on the phone was excellent. I really didn’t know what I was doing going into it, but she gave me advice and suggestions and I chose to go with Quickstart give her a raise.

Office hours 9 am to 6 pm office was…Wa
Office hours 9 am to 6 pm office was not open I called cust service they said someone on way took almost an hr ....called back to reschedule girl was not knowledgeable n kept putting me on hold.Then they hung up on me.Finally 3 Rd tech was great rescheduled me n then Luis showed up tech for 23 Rd Ave Jeff did not show up,Luis was very helpful n he Calibrated my machine,you should give Luis a raise or move him up the ladder he's was patient kind n very knowledgeable as 5 other customers were waiting when did not open,he handled all .
