Horrible experience so far. Was told several times by customer service rep on the phone that there would be no install fees and no fees charged for the first 30 days. I was also told there would be no install fees and no monthly charge for the first 30 days but only a $20 fee to ADOT due today. Not even 6 hours later and my card has been charged $150. Install was done at a QuickStart owned shop too, not a 3rd party. Classic case of left hand having no idea what the right hand is doing but apparently neither hand can be honest about fees.

Been locked out of my car all day been trying to call the customer service number since noon missed work.justbwanna know if anybody even works in the customer service department it's bullshit
