Quickstart InterlockReviews of quickstartaz.com

Tawana w/Quick Start is amazing she at first helped me with information months back. Then yesterday I reached back out to her and she took the time to help me again and get me what I wanted price wise and location wise!! Tawana made feel like family I enjoyed her customer service and personality once again thank you Tawana!!!!!!

(Tawana) I just want QuickStart to know how awesome Tawana is. She makes the process easy and takes the time to explain what is needed so you understand what is to be expected. She makes you feel like a real person, unlike some people you have to deal with when you get a DUI. She goes above and beyond! Thank you so much Tawana!

Tawana went absolutely above and beyond to service my need. I understand a representative in this role sees every type of human this world has known and for her to give me a service I would call world class all while in the position I’m in; that is a work of someone who cares deeply. To find someone like her to deal with what I imagine her calls is like; is a stroke of gold. Thank you Tawana for making this a pleasant experience during my hard times. Truly, thank you.

Thank you Tawanda for your great customer service and friendliness!

I’ve been waiting for 3 days now for a call back to get a unlock code and they can’t even do a simple ass job that I’m paying please stay away from this company sad but true this isn’t the first time either customer service sucks it’s awful

I am just trying to get a release form that shows I had an interlock device for 2 years and taken off. I didn't know it would be impossible. I can't get my license until getting this information. Only one that has it I can't get it from. *(Update)---- This review is specifically for Scarlett who called me not only once but twice right away. She is humanized this whole situation. The company had a merge. I am assuming she is part of the new merge. Solely based on her professionalism and immediate response to resolve this situation after being at the end of my rope

Jennifer Lynch in Customer Service took personal charge of a billing challenge and handled all of it in a remarkably professional and timely fashion. I greatly appreciate the attention and care provided particularly at a time when it feels like "customer support" is a near-disposable term. Thank you again, Jennifer!!

Only reason this isn’t zero stars is because it’s not an option do not get your breathalyzer here do not do anything here if you were locked out your car or truck it will sit for two weeks unless you leave a bad review and it is the only way you will get a call back and even then the one who’s going to reply to this has zero clue on understanding anything I have wasted all of my expenses on Uber sitting here like an idiot because they can’t answer a phone. I have called over 15 different times and waited an hour each time and I have zero returned calls zero answered calls and zero problems fixed. This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, only their reputation.
