After speaking with the nurse practitioner I was told I would be receiving an email with the details after the call. The following day after not receiving an email I sent a message to support and found that the nurse practioner had not updated the system. I then asked for a refund and immediately received the information. There are other more efficient services and I would not recommend QuickMedCards, they are NOT quick.
