They were simply doing their job by informing you about the necessary steps and details for setting up a caregiver for you. It is our ultimate goal to assist our patients as much as possible. We understand your reluctance to pay the additional fee for you to add a caregiver, but this is standard practice for doctors who will need to put in extra effort to set up your caregiver with the state. With that said, we ask that you respond to Hazel's email requesting the caregiver's information so that we can work with the doctor to resolve the situation. This is our way of assisting our patients during difficult times, and we appreciate your cooperation in allowing us to make things right for you. We tried calling you today, but it went to voicemail.
