Hi Steve-Lyn, we sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations and we understand your frustration about not getting recriprocal service from any other states. Unfortunately, Texas, which authorizes medical card applications, has several restrictions. Among these are the inability to provide physical or digital cards of any kind and the inability to provide reciprocal services to other states. The service charge you paid covers the cost of having a certificate for your MMJ application issued by our providers. Once our provider has granted you the certification, it is submitted to the state for approval. After your application has been accepted, the state will add you to the CURT system, which local dispensaries can use to confirm your approval to purchase medical marijuana products. We regret the state's restrictions on MMJ cards.
