Hi Julie! Thank you for submitting feedback. We take pride in providing prompt service to our patients. Our commitment is to ensure that our physicians qualify their patients and submit their approvals or certificates to the state. The Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program will process your card within 7-14 days of receiving your state registration fee. You can always call the program to check the status of your card and access the PA patient portal. We do not have access to their system, therefore we do not know when your card will be mailed.
