Prescription is not guaranteed
I tried quickmd for a suboxone follow up. I have used the medicine for several years. It was very easy to set an appointment with a doctor. After a brief interview, the doctor said she would send the prescription to my pharmacy of choice. After two days the prescription never arrived. It is impossible to call a Live person at quick MD. All customer service is done via email. I requested my prescription or a refund. They were unable to provide either. The old adage, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, applies here.

Thank you for your review and bringing awareness to your experience. Sorry for any frustrations caused, some pharmacies are still unfamiliar with telehealth and can deny a prescription for any reason. If you could please let the Support Team know an alternative pharmacy it will help ensure we can resolve this issue. Or, we also have a mail-order pharmacy in your state. We ask that you don't give up yet, because you successfully completed an appointment, and received treatment it will be difficult to process a full refund. Our Support Team can even recommend a pharmacy near you. We hope we can resolve this issue for you ASAP, please let the Team know how you will like to proceed.
