It was an easy visit, but when my prescription got denied for wegovy the company does not respond to requests for assistance in correcting info on pre-authorization. The info they put on the prior authorization was incorrect as I have never been on wegovy. They put in i was on it and did not lose weight and that is why it got denied. It has been over 2 weeks and nobody has contacted me or returned my calls. I would never use their services again.

This is a complete waste of time and moreover, the doctor was so condescending that i hung up on him and issued a refund to get processed. This was a typical bad situation made worse by someone that is an online doctor for gods sakes (which is not viable) and is most likely why he acted like such a bad person. It was a brutal conversation and i let a few things go before I finally gave up on this guy. Just a complete waste.

Quickmd seems amazing in the beginning. You talk to a doctor, get your prescription and go on your merry way. After a couple visits they double charge you for a visit and of course you correct it with your bank. But then right at the time of your next visit, they try to deny you service/care because you placed Chargeback against them. So they tell you that you have to pay for an additional visit , so basically pay twice for one visit, only then will they see you but if it happens again they won’t be able to offer you care anymore. Once you’ve taken care of that, everything again seems fine. But a couple more visits and now pharmacies are running out of medications left and right and some pharmacists are being shady and saying they are out of stock when they aren’t and playing games with peoples lives(I spoke to a pharmacy rep who told me they were not showing the prescription as out of stock at the pharmacy that just told us it was out of stock) Then you have to pay quick md for an additional visit because you will never get ahold of anyone to help you and tell the doctor what is going on. He then OFFERS to send a new prescription to a different pharmacy and that actually works and you get your prescription. But now the original pharmacy says your prescription is ready so you do what you think is the right thing and alert quick md to the situation and do not pick up the extra prescription. But the next time you are ready for your visit they now tell you they can no longer offer you care because YOU requested 2 different prescriptions and YOU should have canceled the first one. First of all, I’m not a doctor or pharmacist so how would I know to do that? I assumed the prescribing doctor would do that. So I was trying to get 2 prescriptions even though i I never picked up the second one and I told quick md what happened? I wish I had picked up the second one because now I’m screwed because of these unethical scam artists. They are continuously trying to kick you off their service after a few visits and then leave you stranded without a medication you desperately need. It’s inhumane and disgusting

I ordered Ozempic after speaking to a dr for less than 2 minutes. The doctor was brushing me off, and barely let me ask him any questions. I understood that I was being started on the lowest dose, and then I would be going up for the last two weeks of the treatment. However, I did not feel any difference throughout the entire process, which includes the time where it was a higher dosage. I don’t think that it’s the medication that they were giving me, and instead they were just giving me water mixed with something else for me to inject with

Do not call them call Bycycle Health. They will rip you off and take all your money and not give you what you need.

Do not use QuickMD!! I was using QuickMD for over a year and on the 6th of January I had my appointment and the doctor wasn't able to help me so he told me to get a refund. I've been trying since then to get my $100 back and they're giving me the run around. I'm not wealthy by any means and I need every penny I can get and they will not refund my money like stated in their policies. It's pretty bad that a big company like QuickMD would rip the poor off. I do not recommend QuickMD to anyone. I've sent numerous emails and when I tried to call they won't even let you speak to anyone. They have a recording saying that due to a high volume of calls they can no longer even accept messages. What a rip off and waste of time and money!!!

Do not use this! They will take your money and not get back in touch with you. I have 4 kids at home I can't afford to just give 100 dollars away. It's hard as it is already. I'm going through withdrawals without my suboxone. I just moved here to San Antonio Texas and I don't know anyone so I can't buy off the street. I need help and they refuse. I hate these people. Someone is going to die because quick MD is a fraud!

I used a different card and the doctor that prescribed was apparently not allowed to write suboxone in nys. I have gave this company hundreds of dollars and every single month there is a problem getting my script. Absolutely ridiculous, make a phone number available to speak with these doctors after they prescribe, I have gone through withdrawals once a month since I started using this system, somebody is going to die trying to make themselves feel better, DO BETTER !!!!
