Do not use this service for HRT treatment for perimenopause / menopause. They say one thing but it's all lies. Every situation in which they benefit, happens fast. Every situation that you need help, no help. Their website says if your medication order is paid before 4 pm, it will process the same day. I had my virtual appt with the doctor on 8/5/2026 at 8:10 am. She ordered progesterone and testosterone. I went on the app and paid for it right after so I would say at 9 am. It is now Saturday and the pharmacy is closed and no one actually doing anything to fix the situation. I called the pharmacy and they said they never got the order. When I choose the live chat option, it's not live chat with a real person. It's ai and the only thing they say is the same thing the live person I talked to on the phone on Friday which is I have escalated the situation and we will get this fixed immediately. I have asked for a full refund. That hasn't happened either. This place is either in over their heads with their capability to provide what they promise or they are a scam.

No one to call when I ran into rx issues. All you can do is interact with Ai. That is trash. Its 3 days since my Dr appointment and I still don't have my subs and have now fallen back off the wagon due to no meds. Phukkkk this place.

They first sent my prescription over to cvs who then refused to fill it because it is a tele health prescription??? Thats nonsense! This is very upsetting and has ruined my whole week!! I also had to pay extra for another doctor because there was no response to CVS not filling Rx due to “unable to reach doctor” So I had to make another appt spend another 100 dollars plus extra for shipping and FED EX doesnt know were the package is!! I have the tracking number I told them what happened .nothing!!! What sn I supposed to do!!!!!! Ill let you know if I ever even receive the package Quick MD said they shipped it but fed ex says its delayed and lost. I dont if Ill ever get mu meds. I have failec back surgery so Im in pain .I want my money back!!! I have the tracking number snd its says the package is delayed due to unknown reasons!!!!

They are absolutely horrible and liars. Prescription went to Walmart which I now know will not fill anything telehealth prescription from quick Md for suboxone. 5 days later trying to get sent to a different pharmacy trying everyday to get them to do and nothing. Sent me back on the street to get heroin. Almost od’d thanks guys

I made another appointment with quick MD because i am/was on suboxone for pain I am on disability for severe disc/hip degeneration. I'm in terrible pain MD says "oh pain isn't my speciality " Really!!You graduated from same damn school and passed your boards like other MDs. Unbelievable! I will never use site again.

I have been trying for a month to get a PA sent to Medicaid for my medication. Still haven’t received one. I won’t be using quikMD any longer.

I had a great experience until I had to cut down my dose because of financial reasons. My usual doctor (who is fantastic) was not available until Monday, so I chose another one. MISTAKE! He grilled me about how I am 2 weeks late for my appointment. I told him I only take 1 a day now due to financial reasons. I asked if they could write for my old dose and he refused. So now I am made to suffer. I hope to be able to go back to my old doc on Quick MD since he was kind and understanding. This other doctor was a jerk, to put it nicely, and is only in it for the $$$$. Be careful of the doctor you choose.

Three words! Reckless, Scammy, Unfit!! The DEA and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) need to investigate this platform in a BIG WAY!! They make it really easy to take your money and give you your meds, but the way they do it is the most irresponsible and reckless way possible! I spent a week in ABSOLUTE HELL because of a problem with the medication they gave me and how/when they told me to take it. I reached out to them to let them know that I was going through a medical emergency, but instead of talking to any kind of care team I talked to a fu#### AI chatbot!! Yep!! AI!!! Then they put you on with a support agent, probably not even in the United States, and then they just ghost you. . . . They don't respond to hospitals or emergency rooms or anything!! I just had the worst week of my life, and quite literally almost died because of this place! After the first appointment you were supposed to get one follow-up appointment that doesn't cost anything extra, so I was going to make that appointment and tell them what was going on and how I felt. But they ghosted me once again and made it so I would have to pay the $100 paywall fee in order to talk to them again. I highly advise against this unless you are going to just use it for a cold or a flu type thing. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! I am filing an official report with 100% factual evidence to backup everything I have said here! And I'm holding back! I haven't even mentioned all of it! If this is the future of medicine we are completely screwed!
