Calallen office in Corpus Christi, Texas: The horrible TV in waiting room. It is at maximum volume. Expect a headache if you have to wait. Staff doesn’t care.

Presented the technician at Quest Diagnostics in Hamilton with a written prescriptions for a routine battery of tests for my annual physical. The technician managed to miss one, and when my internist called they didn't admit it, and I had return to my physician for a new script, find an appointment (further away), and fast another day.

Testing results don’t come in within the time they quoted. It’s been two weeks for a basic lipid panel. Calling them takes forever, no one has any answers - it’s the same old duplicate response from everyone. I was supposed to get a call back from customer service after they did more investigating and I did not get a call back. Obviously she was just humoring me. When calling the lab I had my test done at, no one answers and voicemail is full. I’ll be using Lab Corp next time for sure.

I wish there was an option to rate it 0. I am a college student that had some routine tests, wasn’t told about the costs at all. My bill for 3 simple tests came to about $600. They are predatory and price gouging. Im already struggling financially and this put the nail in the coffin.

I’ve had a highly disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics on 840 Willow St in San Jose, CA. Despite having an appointment this morning, their internet was down, which marked the third time I’ve had to return for a simple blood test. Walk-ins in most of the locations are a joke and poorly managed. To make matters worse, the staff at the Willow center was rude and seemed indifferent to patient care, which is unacceptable. Due to this poor service and the unprofessional atmosphere, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—most likely to Good Samaritan Hospital or Valley Medical. I strongly urge others to be cautious when considering Quest for their medical needs. Their service and culture leave much to be desired.

Having arrived directly from my Primary Care Dr without an appt at the Hibiscus location in Melbourne, Florida, I was able to check in at the kiosk and was provided an appt for 10 minutes later. Needless to say I was so happy and sat down to wait my turn. I was called approximately 10 minutes past that time, which in my opinion was acceptable since I literally walked in and got an appt. I seen ANGEL, and she was very pleasant and efficient. She annotated all my info in the computer, told me she will put my status in hold and sent me on my way with my needed supplies and a smile! She also encouraged me to make an appt for the next day for drop off and I did just that. I returned the next day and to my delight I was called back by ANGEL! She was as pleasant as ever and we picked up where we left off the day before. She was very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable and I commend her for her cheerful disposition and helpfulness. ANGEL needs to be recognized before her peers for her outstanding customer service. She was a blessing to deal with on both days. People like her are hard to find. Please don't lose her!

Have gone to Quest Diagnostic's for years, I went on line to make an appointment and at the end there was no confirm or exit button. On the side of the appointment all my information was there. I looked everywhere backed out and did it three more times and waited for a confirmation that I always received other times before this, maybe last year. I went the next morning thinking maybe this was a new system and when I want to the keyoush it said no appointment was made. I knocked on the door and woman came out and I said I could not find a confirm button, she said there is a button up top or on the bottom, I said there was nothing, she said everyone uses it, you didn't do something right. I said your next appointment for walk in is 2 hours away, she said did you accept it, I said no, I'm not waiting for 2 hours. I put in a appointment, what was I suppose to do, nothing there for me to confirm. My ride to Quest was 18 miles one way. I said I will go to Labcorp, she said, GO TO LABCOR, HAHAHHAHA. Went to Labcorp, right after that and they took me in fifteen minutes without an appointment. Never again with Quest Diagnostic, I had been going to them for over 18 years and it came down to this, I came home tried it again and no where was there anything to hit to leave or confirm. It's not me.
