I had appointment set today, but no confirmation was received. Upon logging in at arrival, after All information was entered ( 3 times), they reflected No appointment. The 6 clients ahead of me were experiencing the same, I was #7. Several of these 6 were elderly/handicapped, calling their Dr's to resend/fax the order from their Dr's & had been waiting as long as 2 hours. That's right 2 hours. I left this inept company has for the 2nd time shown no organization, communication or patient concern. Friends they also send results of critical testing to our medical team that can effect our lives. DO NOT TRUST OR USE QUEST DIAGNOSTICS !

Zero functionality of the extremely slow website. Can't even make a simple appointment without it glitching into oblivion. (Multiple browsers used and everything else is fine.)

Billing dept is a scam, Quest will double bill client and insurance and try to collect from client. Stay away from this company they are scamming the medical system & their clients to the MAX. I was taken to collections and lied to about Quest sending my bill to insurance first. But if you are scammed by them DO NOT PAY THEM. They have no leg to stand on and I eventually had my $6000. bill disappear on their site after i would not go for their scammy ways...

Mostly unprofessional medical experience I’ve ever had. The 2 Phlebotomists were arguing about how one of them doesn’t know her job loud enough to be heard in the lobby. The office used to have a reception desk. Now there is a wall and a tablet to great you. I checked in on the tablet and it said to come back in 2 hours (I was fasting for the test). I came back earlier than the tablet showed. I waited 2 hours and never got called back. So I opened the door and stood next to what used to be the reception desk. When the staff stopped arguing long enough to notice me. They got very upset that I opened the door and stood next to the old reception desk. The would not listen to my explanation about waiting for 2 hours in a room that didn’t even have enough seats for people waiting. They physically pushed me out the door. I am in the medical field and have never been treated so poorly. I looked up a lab near by I was seen by actual human, treated professionally and seen quickly. I will never return to Quest again!!!

I decided to do a walk-in...@Northside location jax fl.. The closest appointment available was for the following week. Staff friendly and Liz called me in within 30min very courteous to squeeze me in and out of there before the next 15 appointments within 1hr of closing...

I had an appointment today at 10:40 got there early at 9:40 and signed in .wait until 11am nothings happens so asked one of the worker and as always she said today is really busy,patient pass out, computer was down.......same story every year....finally called me at 11:35 and by the time I left the place I got to work an hour late .No matter if you have an appointment or not appointment means nothing,will give them No star but have no choice and hopfuly another company like Lab Corp buy this company and fix it.

Set my appointments with app. For both my dad and I. Clicked text messages upon arrival. My dad Got called in and i spoke to gentle man. We both had appointments. He took both our appointment. It was quick, smooth and painless. Forgot his name. He was like filipino Hawaiian. Really nice and great with my 89 yr old father. We were in room 11. Best ever experienced from QuestD. Keep it up. 😉👍👏👏👏 location Nellis blvd.
