3-1/2 hours I will never get back.
It took 3-1/2 hours to drop off a urine sample. 3 minutes to take care of the paperwork. Never again.

The web site is horrible. Tried so many times to make appointment only to get into an endless loop of “please sign in”. Over and over. Finally got appointment and had blood draw. Next morning got email that I had test results. Saw the results of CMP. Another email, said I had results. CMP results had vanished but did have one new result. Now the rest have said pending for three days and I have zero results, the first one I have was from three months ago. Won’t be using Quest anymore.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I went to them 2 days ago and had to wait an hour and a half. I got a call from my doctor the next day because the blood wasn't handled properly so I needed to get another draw so the tests could be repeated. I went today (Fasting both times!) and waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes before I finally walked out. Never again!!! I went to another lab and was in & out in less than 10 minutes. This place is a joke and the employees are not at all nice!

I would give ---- stars if I could! This place is dangerous. I went to Quest on 109 and Biscayne in Miami, with an 8:50 appointment. They didn't see me until 10:15. They only had one check in machine working and it didn't work well. I could get no help from anyone who worked there. At about 2 pm same day, I got an email that my test results were in. I logged in and they were scary! The numbers were crazy and showed serious health issues. I screen shot the results, as I didn't have time at that moment to review them closely. When I took a break, I looked at the screenshot and wondered if more info. was available on line. I logged back on to study the results and see notes, but the results were gone. The next morning, I received the same email. This time, different results. I called Quest customer service reps. They were USELESS! About 2 hours later, another email that my test results were ready. I logged in and yet a third variation of my test results. These I did not screenshot. When I went in to the Quest on line system about an hour later, it was back to my second test results. This organization needs to be reviewed by the regulatory authorities. These faulty results can result in loss of life! I am afraid to use Quest again.

Difficult/impossible to reach by phone. Appointments mean nothing. Received bill four months after services rendered. Their lab fees for my wife's tests are 590% higher than the CPT codes listed at CMS.gov and findacode.com. We will offer a reduced amount but will not pay their charges. I hope they take legal action so we can provide this information in a public forum. Maybe a class action suit is in order.

The testing was fine. But when I tried to call them afterwards I could not speak with anyone locally and when I call a 1800 number I had to hold on the line. When I finally got to a human and asked that they share a copy of the results with my PCP they told me the PCP would have to call them to request them!!!! I assured them I am the patient and have authorized them to share them.....But a lady named "Storm" said she only deals with doctor's requests not patients. So I had to call My very busy doctor's office to make the request. They were not happy with this ridiculous step. It's obviously just a big bureaucracy! And they don't care about the patient!!!!!

I was anxious waiting for my appointment. I know that I’m a hard stick & my veins roll, etc. Takia H greeted me with a smile & asked how I was. I told her that I was a hard stick, & she said she would try to get the blood in one stick; I barely felt it, & she got my blood right away! Wonderful experience.
