Quartile and the PPC manager is imperative for a company with a wide product line. It has allowed us to run automated campaigns on 80% of our product range.

They make false promises! By far the worst experience I have had with any advertising company. Super SCAM! They set up your expectations and DO NOT DELIVER. I showed them various examples where they did not do the tasks that were agreed upon and they still wanted to keep me in the contract, even after their account rep said they are no longer working the account. Be very careful! If you want to hear my personal experience please feel free to reach out to me and I can show you exact examples of how they have dropped the ball over and over again. Not only that I have tried to speak to someone that can help me from upper management and they make it impossible for you to speak to someone that can really help.

We have worked with Quartile for a number of years now and are currently on their managed services. This has allowed our business to grow and and our own staff to focus on the business strategy. They have expert staff in all different sector of the online retail and are always on the forefront of the industry.

Quartile has become an indispensable component to our online marketing strategy. Their platform and expert team have enable us to increase market share and optimize our presence across different channels. We started with Google and latter expanded to Amazon, Bing and most recently to Instacart. We are very impressed with the consistent results we have seen across our clicks, conversions, sales, and ROAS. The predictive reporting and automated optimizations allow us to always stay one step ahead of our competitors while increasing our operational efficiency beyond human capabilities.

I am currently trying to end my contract with quartile due to them losing me money consistently for about 6 months. They promised an increase in my ROAS, not only did the ROAS decrease from where I was when I switched to them, but their monthly fee is higher than my previous partner. They are also trying to hold me hostage in the contract, literally while they lose me money every single month. They are honestly running a bait and switch marketing scheme, do not use them!

We had the fortunate experience of testing Quartile for a few weeks. Fernanda was our direct account manager and Luciana was also assisting us with our account. Even though the software typically takes 4-12 weeks before optimizing ACOS and creating optimal campaigns, our campaigns saw significant improvements within the first 2 weeks (reduced ACOS, lower CPC, higher impressions). I was in close communication with Fernanda who made adjustments to the software to fit things within our budget and target ACOS. Our product was in a highly competitive niche so these results were very exciting. Unfortunately we had to abort our account soon into the experiment because our company was going through some restructuring. Nonetheless, I was very impressed by the software's potential. I have a few years of PPC experience and have also tested a separate AI PPC software, and I highly recommend Quartile.

I'm not sure how getsidecar.com and quartile.com are connected. I am just passing on I was not happy with the service and emails are coming from Quartile. After 7 months I shut it down as sales were going downhill and went back to Logical Position. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER lock into a contact that repeats or automatically renews. If they do good service and have great results, you wouldn't leave, right? You will find my review under Sidecar. If they were concerned they would review how unhappy I was and cancel the contract for not fulfilling my wishes.

I have to say that my first experience with Quartile was very traumatic. So much that i cancelled my service. However, in my second time around with a different account manager (after seeing his work with our other account), this time with Fabio Brauner has been incredible and smooth. My top selling product not only remain in the top but increased raking and sales. Also, other products that were stagnant, started selling. The ACOS was stable and the sales went up in just a week! It feels like returning to the holidays season again. I was very anxious to try Quartile again because of my previous experience but Fabio made the transition from my other PPC managing company to Quartile very smooth. This time it exceeded my expectations. I'm VERY pleased and I can sleep now. Fabio is amazing! He made the difference to us in Quartile. I feel blessed to have him managing my account. He is easy to work with, efficient, and pays attention to our PPC in detail so well. That allows us to focus in other things and the tool to grow. We are very pleased and happy with the results so far. My previous PPC managing company did a wonderful job but after seeing the performance, we are hopeful that we can grow even more with Fabio/Quartile now. Thank you!
