Quartile has been, by far, the worst ad management company we’ve ever worked with.
In just two months, they spent approximately $12,000 on advertising that generated zero sales. Their pricing is based on ad spend, which creates a troubling incentive to increase spending rather than focus on profitable results.
Before working with Quartile, our typical monthly ad spend was around $5,000–$10,000. After they took over, they increased spending to approximately $20,000 per month, despite the lack of results.
Even more concerning, after I terminated the relationship and cut off the ATI feed to their website, they continued charging us—even after I explicitly told them they were fired.
In our experience, Quartile prioritized increasing ad spend and their own fees over generating actual sales. I would strongly recommend that other businesses carefully evaluate the financial incentives and performance results before hiring them.

Not only were these people costly and ineffective at promoting my products on Amazon but they refused to stop charging me when I terminated them. The absolute worst.

We’re disappointed that the partnership did not achieve the outcome you were hoping for, Benjamin. Throughout our engagement, our team spent considerable time reviewing account performance and discussing the challenges impacting results, including the fact that your products had lost the Amazon Buy Box to another seller reselling your own products. We worked to explain how this was affecting visibility and performance through multiple conversations, including calls and email exchanges outside of normal business hours.
We also want to clarify that your account was terminated in accordance with the 30-day cancellation policy outlined in the agreement signed at the start of our partnership. As is our standard practice, we continued to provide services throughout the notice period, and billing remained active only for the contracted term.
While we regret that we were unable to align on the path forward, we appreciate the opportunity to work with your business and sincerely wish you success in the future.

Poor performance
Poor performance. Poor Communication.
First they restarted producing Google ads without changing anything. They just put their name in the campaign name. This caused ads to stop producing until they could relearn.
Then they farmed it out to some guys in another country who rarely communicated, ignoring emails.
They didn't understand my business or target market, didn't make any changes to ads or optimize. Then they said that because we had ads already running this was just some sort of review state setup to just monitor ongoing ads.
When I complained about the ad rep not responding or optimizing they told me he has a masters degree. I have no idea what that has to do with not actually managing the account.
Then I asked for my money back and they refused.
Also the rep changed the setting in a campaign to add $ to the revenue when a new customer came from an ad and then claimed we were getting a high ROI when we were not. I brought up these reporting discrepancies with them many times. The person they had me dealing with was in brazil by the way. Emails went unanswered.
They had the opportunity to refund me but never did.

We’re sorry to see this review and would like to provide some important context, as we do not believe it reflects what occurred during our partnership.
This partnership ended in September 2024, so the timing of a review nearly two years later is unexpected and surprising. During that time, you were supported by both an Account Manager and a Strategist, and we maintained consistent communication while working to align on a strategy. Unfortunately, we were never able to reach that alignment, and while that is not the outcome we aim for, not every partnership is the right fit.
To clarify, we did not restart campaigns in a way that would disrupt performance without discussion, nor did we make unauthorized changes to tracking. Access to the account was removed prior to the end of the engagement, which limited our ability to review performance together and address concerns using the data.
We also want to be very clear that every person you worked with was a full-time Quartile employee. We do not “farm out” work, and we stand firmly behind our team. They are dedicated professionals who deserve to be treated with respect, and we will not support assertions that suggest otherwise.
We understand the experience did not meet your expectations, but we do not agree with the characterization presented and stand by the integrity of our team and the work delivered. We do also question the motivation behind leaving this review nearly two years after our services concluded.

Terrible Account Management
Terrible Account Management — Proceed with Caution
★☆☆☆☆
We used Quartile for DSP management on our Amazon advertising account. While the platform itself showed some promise initially, the account management experience was among the worst I've encountered in over a decade of running an e-commerce business.
Over the course of our engagement, our assigned account managers failed to show up to two separately scheduled meetings with no advance notice or explanation. Multiple emails — at least three — went completely unanswered over a period of several weeks. When we finally did get a response, Quartile acknowledged they may not have been receiving our messages, yet no one on their team thought to proactively follow up with us during that silence.
To make matters worse, we were billed management fees twice within a two-week span. When we raised the issue and filed a dispute with our bank, Quartile's response was not to investigate or resolve the billing concern — it was to immediately terminate our account. They shut down all services and optimizations while still holding a prepaid DSP balance that had not been spent.
No effort was made to retain the relationship or address the root cause of our concerns. Instead, we received a boilerplate apology and were shown the door.
If you're a small or mid-sized business considering Quartile, understand that once you sign on, accountability appears to be optional. Meetings are missed, emails go unanswered, and if you question a charge, you risk losing your entire account and the optimization work that was done on your behalf.
I would not recommend Quartile to any business that values communication, transparency, or basic professionalism from a service provider.

Charlie, we are truly sorry to read about your experience. What you’ve described is absolutely not the level of service we strive for or tolerate, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disruption this caused. We never want a client feeling unheard or unsupported.
We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We take concerns like yours very seriously and are actively looking into what occurred, including communication breakdowns and the handling of your billing dispute. This is not reflective of the standards we hold ourselves to, and we are reviewing our internal processes to ensure stronger accountability and more proactive follow-up moving forward.
While we regret that your experience fell short, your feedback is important and will directly inform the steps we take to ensure this does not happen again.

My Account manager Scott was great
My Account manager Scott was great. Everything else is terrible. Communication for setup is bad, They will bill you even though they miss initial set up. This is the second time I have tried them and has been a waste of time.
Response from QuartileJan 26, 2026
Hi AJ, thank you for the feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you acknowledging Scott’s efforts and support. We understand how frustrating missed expectations can be, and that’s not the experience we aim to deliver. While we’re disappointed things didn’t work out, we wish you the very best of luck moving forward.

dont know what they are doing
horrible company, dont know what they are doing, costs us 10's of thousands in ads with very minimal return. we hired them to improve our ads but we left out of the experience with worse ad campaigns. when i tried to contact them numerous times for a refund but they essentially ghosted me. horrible customer service and i wouldnt work with them again even if they offered me their service for free.
they'll try to reply with excuses or "blame" us for their bad execution and results so they come out of it looking good, so dont trust whatever they reply with

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, Nada. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and it’s never our intention for a client to walk away feeling disappointed.
You indicated that your experience was in 2024, and since then we’ve made meaningful improvements to our team, processes, and customer support as we continue to learn and grow. We would genuinely welcome the opportunity to better understand what went wrong from your perspective as we continue to improve and evolve based on feedback like yours. If you’re open to it, we invite you to reach out to us directly.
We used Quartile for 6 months, and it has been one of the worst PPC management experiences we’ve ever had.
Our experience with Quartile has been one of the worst we’ve had with any PPC management platform or agency.
1. They never delivered what was promised
During onboarding we were assured that Quartile would improve our PPC, optimize spending, and deliver better results than manual management. After 6 months, none of this happened — our performance declined significantly.
2. Constant overspending without approval
Even after repeatedly setting clear daily budgets, Quartile overspent by thousands of dollars, multiple times. This happened throughout all 6 months. Their system simply ignores budget controls, causing huge unnecessary losses.
3. Lack of real PPC knowledge
We spoke to multiple people at Quartile, including the “excellence team,” and it became clear that while they understand their software, they lack real-world PPC knowledge. We provided lists of negative search terms that were never added, causing further wasted spend.
4. Poor internal coordination
Every time a new team member joined, we had to explain the same issues again. Instead of coordinating internally, they made us repeat everything, showing how disorganized the team is.
5. “System training” excuses for months
For 3 months we were told: “It’s early… let the system train… give it more time.”
Even after months of data, things only got worse.
6. Refusal to refund despite clear failure
We disconnected Quartile completely — meaning they are providing no service — yet they refused a full refund for the month. They hide behind terms & conditions instead of taking responsibility for their own failures.
They offered a very small “goodwill refund” which does not cover even a fraction of the damage.
7. Worst service experience in years
After 6 months of mismanagement, wasted budget, wrong decisions, lack of PPC understanding, and terrible communication, Quartile has proven to be the worst PPC service we have ever used.
We are writing this to help other sellers avoid losing time, money, and patience the way we did.

We’re truly sorry to hear that this client did not feel satisfied with their experience. While our long track record of helping thousands of brands scale speaks for itself, it never feels good to see a partnership end without the results a client was hoping for. Every business is unique, and we genuinely regret that we were not the right fit here.
To provide additional context: our team had weekly, hour-long meetings with this client across four different countries/accounts. We built detailed, category-level reports and reviewed performance each week — including sales, ad spend, and KPIs broken down by product line. Throughout the engagement, the client made several significant pricing increases due to tariffs, which naturally impacted conversion rates and sales. Even so, our team remained fully engaged and responsive. During the launch period especially, the client emailed multiple times per day, and every message was answered quickly and thoroughly.
It’s also important to note that while we value our clients’ expertise and welcome their input, this client preferred an unusually hands-on approach and frequently requested manual interventions that went against our recommendations. This included frequently adding negative keywords, pausing matched campaigns, and making manual adjustments that prevented our system from completing its learning cycle and optimizing properly. Despite these challenges, our team dedicated extensive time and communications in an effort to support the account.
Unfortunately, when the client chose to end the partnership, he indicated they were going to leave a negative review unless a larger refund was provided, even though the billing terms were clearly outlined and agreed to at signup. We never want a partnership to end on difficult terms, and we truly wish this business the very best. Not every client is the right fit for every platform, but we remain committed to transparency, professionalism, and doing everything we can to support the brands we work with.

Bad service & clueless manager
I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but this one truly deserves it.
I stayed for the trial period paying around £500 a month, they were spam calling me for months prior to joining - I should've seen that as a red flag.
My account manager was completely clueless about my products & failed to target the right audiences, therefore tanked my ads and wasted a lot of money in the process.
Once I mentioned canceling to my account manager, he completely stopped replying to my emails & failed to show up to our meeting, which is the second time.
I'm still waiting for them to cancel my subscription & refund me.
I had a better experience with Xmars (now Xnurta) and will probably go back to them.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear there was a communication breakdown during your trial period. That’s not the level of service we strive to provide, and we understand how frustrating that must have been.
Our discounted trial period is specifically designed to give new clients an opportunity to evaluate the platform and begin optimizing campaigns. However, due to the nature of data-driven advertising, it can sometimes take more than a few weeks to see consistent, scalable results. We wish we had the full opportunity to complete the trial and make the necessary adjustments to move toward your goals.
We’re escalating this case to a director, who will be reaching out shortly to gather more information and work toward resolving the issue.
