While the reps and support were great, the overall performance of the account never really improved. Our spend increased significantly while we barely grew. Initially, we thought that it would take some time for the AI to learn our brand and find trends but after over a year, we still saw minimal improvement and canceled our contract.

My updated experience with Quartile: After onboarding, my partner Gustavo managed spending and Amazon ranking very well, and I was satisfied. Later, I was switched to another “expert in helping clients maximize success,” but unfortunately, my best-selling product ranking dropped drastically. Previously, the product ranked consistently between #5–15 in its category, but it fell to #56. Although some action was taken after I raised concerns, sales volume came at the cost of profitability, and once returns were factored in, I ended up with a loss — something that has never happened in my 6 years of experience. Now, I am struggling to get back to the sales level I had before joining Quartile. Do I recommend it? If your product has ~100% profit margin — yes. If your margins are tight and require close attention to ad spend — in my opinion, this is not the right solution.

My sales tanked for my best selling product after they took control of my campaigns. My ad spend went up with no profit gained.

They promise a lot and than push you into an account management with people in Brazil. After a lengthy "stabilization" period and boasting month to month contracts, they want to transition you into a year long contract to than be able to see results. Nothing like the sales pitch I was given. Just wasted 3 months to find out they are just like every other optimization company. Not impressed.

Good customer service not as good results. By the time we pay quartile , pay Google there is nothing left on the bone. We are currently trying to make some changes and improve so TBD. Need more stability and more consistency in our campaigns .
