QuartileReviews of quartile.com

Quartile's Amazon PPC platform is effective, but what truly sets them apart is their people, especially Stella S. She went above and beyond to assist me and provided exceptional growth and support. Her skills and dedication to our success are rare and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Quartile if you're looking for a company that truly values its customers and that will generate actual growth.

We’ve had a positive experience with Quartile so far. Their team is highly proactive and takes the time to analyze and act on the information and reports we share with them. Whenever we notice poor performance in any of our products and bring it to their attention, they are quick to help address it through tailored advertising strategies. I also appreciate their consistent communication and dedication to our business growth. The bi-weekly meetings are especially helpful for staying aligned, receiving updates, and discussing new opportunities to enhance our campaigns. Overall, Quartile has been a reliable partner in managing our Amazon PPC efforts.

Switching to Quartile this year was a game changer for two reasons: 1. The system can turn on a dime. If we give direction to push/pull back a campaign/ASIN/category, it's implemented in a few minutes, not hours or days. 2. The staff: From onboarding (Emily) to continuing strategy calls (Walter), the communication is clear. They ask questions to make sure they understand what our priorities and where we want to go. Plus, they will bring ideas/concerns/suggestions forward. That's of huge value. They are a partner, not a service provider

Quartile is a game changer in our advertising strategy, providing the essential data we need to guide our decisions. Additionally, their account managers, like Walter, are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to adjust campaigns to meet my expectations as a client. At this time, there are no dislikes—everything is fully under my direction and control. Most importantly, Quartile is giving me back valuable time to focus on running my business.

We signed up with Quartile because we needed comprehensive and dynamic Amazon PPC management without paying % of spend Fees that come with most agencies. Our account manager, Ana, has been a joy to work with and our ads have been humming!

Have been trying to get ahold of someone at Quartile for months about canceling my account. No one answers the phone anymore nd when they do they say they are not authorized to do this and my account manager will reach out. Then no one proceeds to reach out.

I have been getting cold called from Quartile for a while - I spoke with the rep and explicitly told them that I did not want to be cold called and that I would check the tool when I get a chance and get back to them if interested. He completely disregarded my comment and continued pushing/asking why we just couldnt talk. I would have been more than happy to take a look at the tool at my own time, but now I know I will never even give it a try.

For companies managing various items with competition on Amazon, this will save you a lot of headaches. Quartile team will hold your hand, and once set, it's just fine tuning.
