The crew were enthusiastic knowledgeable and such fun to be around. The information provided was great and we had so many great excursions to land.

The hotel staff and expedition staff were very customer focused. We did not have a quality concern that went unaddressed. The internet issues that we experienced were technical and not amenable to staff remediation. The expedition adventures were organized spontaneity, whether we saw whales or calving glaciers was not predictable .

Every person on the team and the crew members worked together to make this a memorable trip. Attention to detail, personal touches, lots of excursions, good food, and fascinating lectures.

There is nowhere like Antarctica and Quark make it easy for nearly anyone to visit the most remote place on earth. It's all about experiencing the continent and Quark do a great job of making sure you spend maximum time out in it all.

Smooth, friendly and experienced staff. From beginning to end top quality. Safety level is high but does not take away anything from the experience. The only small suggestion for improvement is that the internet connection that is offered is too slow. I do understand we are in remote areas and maybe there is no solution. But again, this is a minor issue.
