The problem I had with this company was the time it took for my transmission to arrive. I was told ten days but that's the time it takes to leave the warehouse then another week or ten days before arrival. I got mine in a total of three weeks. NOT GOOD!!!

Ordered an engine $1000.00 shinny outside, piece of garbage inside. 2 cylinders had under 50psi, and those were the good ones.When I called was repeatedly put on hold, or transferred to a manager then put on hold. I've never had a return call... Please don't buy from these people.

Engine is running fine. Valve cover had crack in it and it was leaking oil. I called customer service and got the worst customer service rep I have ever spoken with in my life. He was an obnoxious jerk. Told me to read my warranty and not waste his time. I am very unhappy with this cs rep.

I purchased a low mileage used engine and was shocked when I received it. I couldn't believe how clean it was. It looked like a brand new engine. I opened the Oil pan and could tell it was a well taken care of low mileage engine. It looked new inside. I would highly recommend quality used engines to anyone.

Truly disappointed with the engine that took forever to ship. The engine arrived with supposedly 65,000 miles on it but after install it smokes and burns oil like it has 265,000 miles on it. They ripped all the vac tubes, etc off the engine when they pulled it and broke all the ports. Intake manifold completely worthless. Then other parts didn't work either so basically had to remove old parts off my motor to put on this one. Makes me leery of the actual milage. Plus drove my install cost way up not to mention now I have old parts on it which is what I was trying to avoid. But the fine print does say you are basically getting a block and heads with the rest just there with no warranty or any guarantee that they will work. Im sure if it blows up I'll end up in a argument that they will just say that I did something wrong. Read everything before you buy from them.

The motor I brought and spend other $500 on to reseal their motor that does not exclude install fees. Drove the car for 52 miles and the motor fail. Due bad oil pump they claim was good in their sales pitched. could not get intouch with them. When I did get touch after month of calling, they wanted me to send motor back at my cost that would be other $400 shipping and they would send me aother motor (I guess that would be a bad motor to) and I would had to spend other $500 to reseal it and spend other $1000 to install it. I ask to just applie warranty and refund the money that I paid for the motor and will have it fix for about $1600. Their share will be about $1000 of that cost. It was the last i heard from them. They claim to be an company with high standards on customer care so where are they. I guess after this lesson it would have been far cheaper to buy a rebuilt engine with a 7 year or 100000 miles warranty from a good known company and they even will pay to have a shop to remove and repair the motor if that motor went bad, this quality used engine is a joke. All they want is your money. And don't care then ask me to give a review about their business. All I ask is to make it right nothing more.

Quality Used Engines offered a great price for a low mileage 3.3L 2006 Caravan engine that came with a warranty! I'm grateful for the work they did to ensure it was a good engine before offering it for sale. It arrived in great shape -- no surprises (no missing parts, etc.). It has been running for a few thousand miles and it's purring like it should. Very satisfied customer. I've recommended them to others already.
